This is the dirtiest chick fil a I’ve ever been in. The floors are dirty, there’s trash spilled over on the bathroom floor, and there’s no toilet paper in one of the bathroom stalls. We couldn’t even empty our trash after our meal because the trash cans were full. There was some sort of substance on the floor that made it feel slippery, and there were pieces of trash scattered across the floor in the restaurant.

My mother and I stop by here after visiting the Temple, and the food and service is very good, but we usually just drive-thru, so I don't know about the atmosphere.

Went to their Daddy Daughter night with my daughter and the event was mayhemish. The restaurant was completely unprepared for the event. While the staff were trying to be friendly, it was obvious that they hadn’t been trained up or practiced for the onslaught of Dads and daughters. I expected better of CFA.

They should be more friendly with customers, we love their smiles, that makes us feel good. Bad faces, unwanted food

The Chick-fil-A at the Mount Vernon location has the worst service ever. Either the order is wrong are they forgot something. I will never visit this location again. There to much laughing and talking and not working. It took almost 20 minutes to get a chicken biscuit , they forgot about my order.

Parking: Why would I suggest anybody to go here and eat. The service is terrible.

This is by far the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot 😭). I started a job in Dunwoody 10 minutes from this location about 6 months ago. To say I’m here at least once or twice a week is an understatement. Most of the time whenever I go for either breakfast or lunch, at least one of the employees working there knows my name without me even saying it. Every time a certain group of like 3-4 employees are working & I come through, it’s literally like getting to say hello to some friends you haven’t seen in a while. They ALWAYS take such great care of me that even one of the managers greeted me by saying “Hey! Nice to see you again!” when he brought out a curbside order to me. I am absolutely awful with remembering names, but I remember faces, so if my 3-4 besties end up seeing this, THANK YOU for all you’ve done for me as a customer and also just as another human being. From remembering my orders, to remembering my love for peppermint milkshakes (and then making me one unprompted when they’re out of season), to looking out for me by gifting me rewards in my app here and there, this staff is genuinely the kindest group of people. The one person I especially wanna shout out is my girl Sam! I always get so excited to see her when I come through, and I’m beyond appreciative of you! This CFA is in a VERY busy location, which according to the other reviews, apparently people don’t realize that (or they willfully choose to ignore it), but nevertheless they have always made me feel like a priority even during their busiest times. Knowing that I’ll most likely be met with a super long line, I will happily keep coming here (even with longer wait times because it’s during a rush) on my lunch breaks if it means I get to keep being taken care of by this staff. If more people increased how much grace, patience, and kindness they extend to others, this establishment would have MUCH fewer 1 star reviews. So thank you for always being good to me here, and hopefully the right people see this so my favorites can be recognized for their hard work and kindness they continue to show me! (I appreciate y’all so much & am super grateful, so hopefully that’s seen through my actions and how I treat all of you as well <3)

This place probably needs a new manager. It feels like there’s always way too many employees who don’t know what they’re doing. Literally too many cooks in the kitchen. I don’t blame the individuals as it seems theyre trying their best, but there HAS to be someone who is a poor delegator here cos there’s too many employees for consistent incorrect orders and long wait times.

the lack of equipment the leaders here offer their employees during the cold weather is astounding. looks to me like the leaders here need to work on setting their employees up for success, and providing the guests with the "best experience possible at Chick-fil-A," because, unfortunately, the employees that are shivering and unable to talk in the cold are incapable of doing so.

It’s 29° and management has a young girl outside taking orders at the double drive through. There’s literally been 4 cars go through in a12 minute period. There’s no reason to treat your employees like crap in cold weather. Especially after noticing there is a heater pointed at the people working inside at the drive thru window. Pathetic.

Where do I start with how bad this Chick-fil-A is? Should I start with the incompetent staff, the insanely long wait times, the constant closing of 1/2 of the drive thru's, the generally unkempt restaurant, or maybe I should mention the cold food that is served.... Corporate should take over or shut down this location.
