The staff is super nice! A lady came give us lattice and tomato when we realized we didn’t order deluxe. The manager later came out give a cow to my grandson. Well mannered and friendly!

Chick fil a is know for excellent customer service, today that wasn’t the case, I was help by a lady whose name i believe was Gwendolyn, she gave me the worst customer service, not even McDonald treated me the way this lady treated me, I’m a nice person so I treat people with respect especially to people who work on customer service because I know how tough it can be sometime, this lady should not be working for a company who has high standards, since the moment she took my order she was annoyed terrible attitude and getting loud with me for no reason, maybe she was in a bad mood, but just because you are not in a good mood that doesn’t mean you treat people bad, or disrespectful I usuallly recognize good customer service but this time I wanted to be know that this lady should not work in customs service, especially for for a company that provides exceptional service, this truly ruins the reputation of such company, this lady was not only rude to me but also another elder customer behind me, I can’t stand people with bad attitude for no reason

Place is clean like just like other CFA. Ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich, bun tastes like just came out of fridge. Chicken inside sandwich was warm not hot. If you want CFA around this area. Go to the one next to perimeter mall or the one inside the mall. Food quality is way better.

I visited this Chick-fil-A around 10 a.m. this morning and sat in the drive-thru line for nearly 20 minutes. When I finally reached the window, my order still wasn’t ready, and what made things worse was the complete lack of concern from the staff. The woman at the window showed no empathy or apology for the delay, which was disappointing given Chick-fil-A’s usual reputation for great service. I later called to speak with a manager (I believe her name was Carly), and unfortunately, that conversation wasn’t any better. Her response felt robotic and indifferent, and it was clear she didn’t really care about resolving the issue. I had to ask for a refund, which she said I will get, and when I asked about any kind of compensation since I was now about to be late and still without breakfast, she said “okay” but I doubt I’ll receive that. This was easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A. After checking other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who’s had poor service here. Definitely disappointing for a brand that usually prides itself on customer care and efficiency.

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A that I have ever visited. I had time to listen to three songs and write this review, and I’m still in line.
Out of all the chic fil a I have been to, this one is by far the slowest drive thru. The workers are very pleasant. It’s convenient for me for the line of travel I take but it never gets better. 9 minutes today. The other day 11 minutes. And it’s never that many vehicles. Slowest drive-thru ever

The place didn’t seem as crowded as it used to be before the renovations, so I thought I’d let everyone know that it’s definitely open again!
There were a lot of new faces, but the staff was still as friendly as ever, and the food was delicious as always! The operator was also very nice. He checked on my family and made sure our drinks were topped off. I highly recommend this location!
