Ordered take out today with one of the friendliest cashiers. He gave a detailed description of items on the menu. We ordered the pull barbecue, 3 barbecue ribs, potato salad, and collard greens. He described the different sauces available, I decided on brush fire. All the food was great, and the establishment had a very welcoming atmosphere. This was our first visit, but it won't be our last. Kudos to the young male cashier who served us.

Starting with the good, the turkey bell sandwich is really great. Horseradish sauce and turkey is not a combination I've had before but look forward to having it again. Onto the not so great, service was very slow. Came in a bit before the big lunch rush and still took forever no one seemed to really hustle the food out. Lastly, the ribs weren't great, weren't bad but not anything I'd order again.

Didn't eat here, but I was here for an Uber Eats pick-up for a customer. The wait times here to pick up orders are horrible. I got there at 6, and I literally waited a whole 20 to 30 mins for a pick up if the orders I had wasn't so close together that day I would have just cancel the order because i shouldn't be waiting half an hour for such a small meal.

I love eating here, I do it all the time. Food is amazing! Sauces are amazing! Great desert! Great quality meat! The thing is, you guys changed your pricing on doordash to make things more expensive like it already was not over 5 dollars for two side order of fries. Please go back to the former pricing. I know this is more of a corporate thing or whatever, but being that things are already more expensive on doordash I don’t see why you have to make it harder for customers with no transportation to eat here. Sorry if I sound cranky, I am. I don’t want to have to stop eating here as much as I do because it’s becoming less accessible
