I don’t know how this place is in business, it is absolute CHAOS. The customer area is tiny, there’s no formal line, children are running around and have stuck their hands in the display cookies, mine and other peoples online orders were not ready, when I got my order some of the cookies didn’t have topping/decoration… I’ll stop there, but overall it was a totally stressful experience and way too expensive for the sad looking cookies that I was going to bring to a party, ugh. This location is an embarrassment.
