I wish I could give them zero stars! I placed an order and was told it would be delivered in 15 mins as the location was 5 mins away from my hotel. After 30 mins passed we called back and were told that our order was out for delivery and be to us in a few minutes . After an additional 40 mins we called back to cancel the order. We the. 2.5 and still waiting for our pizza!
Ordered a pizza at 8:51. At 10:04, called to find out where it was, as it had apparently been sitting on a counter for over an hour. After 6 minutes on hold, was told that they only had 2 drivers, and mine was up for "the next delivery" -- which meant a cold pizza being delivered at 10:45? No, thank you. Cancelled the order. Gotta find another pizza shop. 😒
