Well, I had hoped the food would be good since I live practically next door. Everything I tried to order was unavailable. Sons food was wrong and we were charged for the wrong thing. Wifes tortillas were not fresh. My tortillas came after I finished eating, but they were delicious. Why is this place serving all their food in togo containers? Felt like fast food. I will try it again another time, but was dissapointed...

This was my first time ordering and I wanted to give this place a try but i was definitely disappointed. I’m in no way trying to be mean but I really wish this restaurant would do a better job on their food. I ordered for pick up and the presentation was horrible. My nachos were soggy!! I don’t understand why the sauce just wasn’t packaged into a small container and the shredded chicken is just big clumps of chicken. I literally wasted 29 dollars on two quesadillas and nachos. The quesadillas had big shredded chicken and just wasn’t made well. I honestly would like my money back.

Great local little Mexican restaurant! The atmosphere is no frills, no fluff but it's clean and inviting. The food is always delicious and very fast! They have live music sometimes & a cute little dog-friendly patio!

We found this place because of our Dining Out Atlanta book. We LOVE tacos, especially when they are simple. Today we had asada tacos and the daily special of carnitas and chorizo tacos. The location was set-up for social distancing and the staff informed us of all the steps they had taken (tables wipes down, enclosed silverware, gloves worn, masks on, wiped off our card before returning it to us, etc.) We also had a house margarita and a mojito. Both were fantastic and made fresh. The tacos were supreme! Great flavor on the meats, the corn tortillas were freshly grilled, and just the right amount of cilantro and onion. We will definitely be back!!!!

The food was very good and reminded me of authentic mexican. The host/bartender was very nice. The inside felt safe for COVID because the tables were spaced well.

Awesome food and cool vibe! I was very impressed to see the care that the owner has put into safety during the pandemic.

If you are wanting a family owned business to give back to THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Great friendly staff (the owners kids are so cute), they are really taking caution with the pandemic - hand sanitizer for days, to-go plates even if you're dining in, and silverware is carefully wrapped up to enforce the "contactless" protocol. Highly recommend this establishment - one of my favorites and get the skinny margs and their queso...so good!!

Place was empty just my family and I was there, but it was weird that we had to seat ourselves and than keep walking back and forth to the bar area to go order food and drinks. After appetizer we left cause every kinda tasted "not so good"!

So with Mexican being one of my favorite foods I was a little disappointed in the flavor profile of what I ordered. I had a vegetable burrito with rice and black beans. The black beans too runny absolutely no flavor the Mexican rice absolutely no flavor and my veggie burrito not flavorful at all. I understand that we are going through a lot due to Covid but my friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant there was absolutely no one else there so I do feel that my food should’ve been prepared a little bit better.

Hello Everyone I Am Here B.

I got takeout here last night and it was fantastic. Chicken fajita burrito. Plenty of food. Meat was cooked perfectly and the veggies were fresh. They have plenty of vegetarian options too!!

Friday night first time there..complementary chips were stale, tasted as if frying oil was old...same with the chalupa wrap. Burrito wrappings were soggy and mushy,, Beef Burritos was fair, chicken Burrito was very good. Tomato sauce covering basically had no flavor. I believe that all restaurants have their good days and bad days. This we feel was a bad day for this restaurant.

There is a lunch menu so I ordered a lunch portion of chicken fajitas and my pals ordered burritos and tacos. The manager was a delightful fellow who stopped by several times (without being intrusive) to check on us. Good service and above average food. The salsa could have been a little hotter but that is my taste. Overall another decent Mexican restaurant in north Atlanta. Will try it again, perhaps for dinner.

We love Donkeys! The drinks are great, the food is always incredible and the owner truly cares about his customers. We miss the fun atmosphere so much during this covid shut down that we decided to have a parking lot picnic last night. The food did not disappoint!

Worst burrito ever. Had nothing in it but meat. Nothing else, I mean nothing. I don't understand what I just spend $9 on. Horrible, so upset.

Delicious place to get some takeout during this quarantine! Nachos supreme were delicious and the burrito texano was fantastic. Super tender steak, nice job!
