HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! everyone is rude! they are not clean and do not change their gloves. the manger got an attitude when i requested a refund due the employee not changing his gloves. she said she did not have to give me a refund & that they do not have to change their gloves, in the food industry that is important to change your gloves!

Associates were busy and working quickly but walking past customers waiting at the front with no acknowledgement. I picked up a croissant off the floor that 3 associates would walk past. When my order said it was ready but not at the pick up and I asked about it, the associate was extremely rude.

I ordered in the drive thru, the order was incorrect so I had to be late to work to go in, the manager rolled her eyes when I simply asked that they melt the cheese, then proceeded to snatch the bag from me,
I used to come here every Friday but please believe I will never be back!!!!

I watched the spanish boy with glasses and a cut on his face at this Dunkin’ literally put their hands down the back of their pants, then go straight to handling drinks and food. On top of that, they were licking whipped cream and their fingers before serving.
This is beyond unsanitary and a huge health risk — think E. coli, germs, and contamination. Customers should not be exposed to that. Do not go here until the health department steps in. Unacceptable. Never again!

This location has improved, the order taker forgot to give me my senior discount, i complained and the manager Kenisha apologized to me and offered me a free coffee on my next visit for the error she even offered me a free donut now that is great customer service . Shout out to the team here

I’ve Been Coming Here for A minute …never disappoints! The drive-thru was super quick, my order was spot on, and the food was AMAZING. Hot, fresh, and so good. Easily one of the best fast food runs I’ve had in a while. Definitely coming back!

Just wanted to shout out Harley, who was at the drive through window when I came through at about 6:30 this morning. I had a simple order but she was so sweet and pleasant for it being so early! Go Harley!! Keep it up girly
Whoever’s working in the drive-through is extremely rude and impatient. Saying “umm hello” while I am saying my order. Interrupting me so she can give attitude.
