The girls working seemed like it was a bother for them to make my coffee and give me my donut. I ordered the same drink I always get from DD. I prefer Starbucks because they are consistent. If I order the exact same drink from DD, no matter the location, everyday for a week, it will look and taste different EVERY SINGLE TIME! I always order a large Dunkalatte with 2-3 shots of either the butter pecan or pistachio swirls and cold foam with light ice and it looks and tastes different everytime.

I recently relocated jobs and I am now on the other side of town and I’m forced to use this location unless I go out of my way. Since day one, it has been a horrible experience. Every time I come in my items aren’t ready they’re slow, they’re rude. And everyone is unprofessional from the manager on duty to the people taking your order at the window. I’ve had to call Customer Service numerous times because of this location. Obviously the owner or regional manager does not look at comments or else they would’ve gotten a new staff by now. I will continue to call Customer Service and complain about this location because I have never had such a horrible experience at any location as I have this particular one. I should never have to pick up a drink order and stir it for everything to be mixed in. I didn’t Fill out an application to work for Dunkin’ Donuts so I shouldn’t have to do their job

Why the hell have I been waiting in a drive through for 30 DAMN MINUTES! Thisnis absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous.

Attitude, attitude & more attitude. I stopped in for a few items this morning around 9am. It was empty with 1 customer inside when we walked in, however the staff (2 young ladies) were attitudinal as if it was slammed with customers and orders. The items ordered came out were good. My main complaint is the unnecessary attitude that one of the staff members (a young lady with locs with blonde tips and light eyes). She purposely led the entire experience with attitude as if we were doing her a disservice of being there. I’d already heard the two of them complaining to one another of possibly being the only ones there, short staffed possibly. But the inside was 1 customer and a car or 2 in the drive thru. We ordered through the stale attitude & when the drinks were made I kindly asked to clarify if my drink was decaf as I ordered. She ignored me the first time and when I asked again she snapped back that it was a different drink we ordered. I totally understood my misunderstanding but it was the energy behind her response as if I met her with that energy. As a black woman myself, I absolutely do not understand the attitude of some of my fellow women in these fast food settings at times. It’s entirely too tough in this world in general to lead with that attitude. I hope she’s spoken to about this from upper management because I know for a fact that I’m not the only other person who had encountered this.

I can't tell you if the food is good because no one ever offered to take my order. Nobody acknowledged me and said they'd be with me In a minute. I've worked in a restaurant, at least let them know you see them. Even if you're busy, take 2 seconds and speak to the customer. A customer who walked in behind me was served and still no acknowledgement. Definitely won't go back. There are too many other places to get coffee.

this dunkin’ sucks- i don’t know how you mess up a bagel but it’s always messed up and literally hard as a rock- ordered an iced latte with oat milk and vanilla- the worker confirmed my order and i said “yes but with oatmilk” she argued with me saying that’s what she said- got my latte- no oat milk no vanilla and it was hot- just coffee- they are consistent i’ll give them - consistently bad- that’s all

Obviously no on cares about the negative reviews that are being left for this establishment however I’m going to proceed to leave my review anyway. I’ve visited this place on multiple occasions and every time I’m here they NEVER have donuts lol sounds crazy to say but like how can Dunkin Donuts be out of the main thing they advertise. Now if it was one occasion I see no problem however, since I live close by I typically just stop here for my glazed donuts fix . Like I stated before it’s nearly every time that I visit this particular establishment they NEVER have donuts. Im now forced to drive down the street where they always seem to have plenty of supply and are never out of things or just wait until I’m closer to my job which that establishment is also always stocked . I find it so baffling that there’s never a supply at this location of the very thing advertised smh … do better , but based on previous reviews something tells me that won’t happen anytime soon. I’d also like to point out that all the other Dunkin’s that are in close proximity reviews are not as horrible as this location . Just go down two miles or so down the street to the other location for better service and to ensure they’ll actually have what you want

Prices change everyday, they charge different prices daily. One day a side of bacon is a $1.50 the very next day its 3.50. And dont order and the coffee is watered down now. It's only hot water with cream and sugar. Horrible service

This is one of those reviews where I felt it necessary to help prevent others from the same experience we had. Ordered a few donuts and 2 breakfast meals. 20 min wait in the lobby and staff was standing around eating, we didn’t have our sandwiches and hash browns. I politely asked. They said they would get it for us. 20 minutes later, staff is standing around again. 40 min total, still didn’t have our food. I asked again and staff was rude about it. They offered 2 free donuts, for consolation. Then they bring the sandwiches and not the hash browns. I approach the counter for a 4th time and get attitude again. She gives me old, mushy hashbrowns, and 6 of them, picture included. I ask if I can have ketchup and a knife and she barks to someone else to get them. I’m usually pretty easy going and patient, having worked 7 years in fast food. 40 min, 4 requests and poor quality food was enough to hopefully help others avoid this store.

Raven was super helpful and super sweet as we decided to get 200 pink and white donuts from this location for a breast cancer survivorship event in Dunwoody. They were ready on-time and looked perfect. Also, everyone had the event couldn't get enough of them
