Ordered iced white chocolate coffee posted on their menu on the drive thru lane. Service was bad. They can’t hear us on the drive thru stall. They kept repeating the order as something else. When we reached the window to order thry didnt gave us the chance to switch the milk to an oat milk since I am lactose intolerant. The service crews were just not having a good day.

Don't bother, they open/close when they feel like. They closed at 7 today

A dirty toilet reflects poorly on the entire Dunkin' Donuts establishment, suggesting a lack of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout.

Worst experience ever haven’t been back in Dunkin’ Donuts for years always good fast and efficient. But couples of weeks in I been trying to order from this store and I never get my food on time I ordered and it takes about an hour to pick up all the time sometimes I have to leave without my food too. It’s incredible they never can get it together. I feel sorry because employees don’t care they work well enough together as a team and they just walk out the line of food without handling to anybody or putting the tickets in the order so we could pick up everyone looks lost and they just don’t finished the job they start. I feel bad that I have to pay for a bagel bacon egg cheese and it was the worst one I ever had I felt like I was eating carton box board it was over cooked not good makes me wonder why Starbucks and chick fil lay always busy because they good at what they do. We’ll never come back to this place again.

Horrible customer service. Some of them employees cannot determine butter from cream cheese. I requested 10 assorted munchkins and received a bag full of them.

It’s a tiny Dunkin and is normally very packed and crowded. I managed to park and ordered 4 dozen donuts for clients. Took a while, but that was expected with the number ordered AND the morning commute. I had zero issues with them

Food is great, but you guys seriously, seriously need to retrain whoever that rude lady is that works your morning drive through window. I say this as someone who has worked as a cashier and a cook: some people are better-suited working in the back, while others are better-suited working the front.

I have been there on several occasions, since June of 2024 and am one of the last people to complain about anything, but she has some real attitude issues.

I have gotten an attitude from her, just for asking for a receipt. I mean, it's not that serious. The machine is printing it out anyway. It is just better to ask the customer, ahead of time.

Today, while she was looking through the trash for my receipt, I was asked to pull around to the front because the frozen matcha latte that I normally order requires special preparation. That is often the case and I have no problem with that.

Nearly ten minutes pass and I am still waiting outside...on a drink.

I come inside and she accuses me of pulling off without getting my entire order, basically yelling from the drive through, while I am discussing the matter with who I assume was the manager.

I did not seek a refund. The manager openly apologized, while she was acting up. He offered me a donut, but I had already purchased one, so I declined.

No, an extra donut is not worth my self-respect, sorry.

The bottom line is she is very petty.

I get it, working in the restaurant business is less than ideal. I have worked twice as a cook, once as a cashier and once as a pizza delivery driver, at four different restaurants.

The pizza delivery job I worked as a second job while stationed in Cali. The only reason I quit was because all the drivers had gotten robbed, within three weeks, except for my Army roommate and myself.

Getting up early to serve people before 7am sucks, but giving them an attitude for little, next to nothing serves absolutely no purpose, lady.

There is no shame in being the cook. There is no shame in moving over to prep.

Let me preface this review by saying that I am Dunkin’s #1 fan, but I am also a big fan of customer service. I go to this location almost every morning on the way to work- everyone there is lovely, but there is one employee in specific that does nothing but consistently demonstrate nasty and rude behavior… and for absolutely no reason. I won’t be returning to this location until I can get served by someone (aka her) who doesn’t seem inconvenienced that I’m a customer spending money at their job.

Arrived inside with serval vacant dirty tables present. Ordered iced coffee, not made to request and ordered a bagel. Given a bagel with very minimal cream cheese on it, and coffee with no sugar.
