By far the dirtiest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever seen. Trash cans that were flowing, sticky counters, food crumbs, everywhere. And when you order a breakfast sandwich and it comes out ice cold you get attitude from the employee. You get told “we don’t melt cheese at Dunkin’”. Bro, it’s ice cold. If you hate your job so much go do something else. I knew it was a mistake to go in just by looking at the trashcan in the parking lot. Edit - also nasty to see employees, eating food behind the counter. Pretty sure Duncan’s are owner operated - I would be embarrassed.

Anytime I order a hot coffee drink, it’s barely warm! Very annoying. If u order a hot drink @ 6am, u don’t want a room temp drink. As much as it costs, they should at the very least, know how to serve it hot! Not a great way to start the day!!

When this morning 11-19-25 at 5:20 am to get a coffee and a donut I ordered owner of the place take the order ! Why I waiting for a black lady that supposed to take order in drive thru came to me and want me to move out the front from register claiming if I was there is because I need help and I reply waiting for my coffee still she want me to move for not apparently good damn reason Disrespectful women need to be fired ….

I’m a regular at Dunkin’, but today at 6060 Roswell Rd NE I was spoken to harshly at the drive-thru for simply asking if my chai could be a little hotter. At the window, another employee treated me like I was a problem without hearing me out. Most concerning, the person preparing my food was using a personal phone and recording food while handling my order, with long hair hanging over the counter. I stayed calm and polite, but I left worried about customer service and food safety. Hoping management sees this and provides coaching….I'd like to feel comfortable coming back.

I would says that in peak moments some lacks are expected. However as a well known business, Dunkin has standards and they should be kept up by all employees, not only some! Anyway, long story short, they are trying their best to keep up with the orders and fix if any mistakes arise.

This is my “Go To” Dunkin. Great location around everything. Before I get to work in the morning I order a small coffee and a bacon egg croissant sandwich. I’m kindly greeted by the staff especially Brandon. His attitude shows great respect and enthusiasm to be there. I’ve never had a problem coming to get want I know I want at 6:30am. The service is fast and correct every time!
