Closed down
Why is this restaurant still showing as being opened and taking reservations, when it clearly is not opened for business?
Scheduled a reservation and this place is closed as in closed down. Did the location change? Drove a bit to make it there. Would like to try one day.
The resturant is closed down, I’m not sure why Google is advertising like it is still open.
This place is closed !!!! I drive over an hour to locked doors!!!! I made the reservation through OpenTable…
Went for brunch. Food took almost an hour to come out. Nobody communicated anything about the mishap until after. Bartender or whoever brought out an appetizer to smooth it over, some old deviled eggs that weren’t worth eating. Service was decent. Food was very very mediocre. I expected a lot more. Probably won’t ever return.

I recently visited Kitchen Kray in ATL to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, it was far from the enjoyable experience we were hoping for.
To start, it took 26 minutes for my friend first and only drink to arrive, and I didn’t get mine until 42 minutes after ordering. The service was chaotic, with two different waiters attending to our table, and it seemed like the staff was confused about who was responsible for which tables, even though there were only 3 other parties dining at the time. The waiter brought only one set of utensils and two napkin for our party.
For our appetizer, we ordered lemon pepper wings, but they were nothing like we expected—there was no lemon pepper flavor at all, just garnishes on top. When we inquired about it, other menu items the waiter mentioned they were out of crab since Friday. For reference, we went today which is a Sunday.
For the main course, my friend ordered the fish and grits, but the fish batter was so salty that she had to peel it off to eat it which she ended up just throwing in the towel and not eating it. A worker who didn’t identify herself came over and asked how everything was. When we told her about the issues, with the food and time frame on drinks and food arrivals she made an odd comment about a batter mix sold by "Mr. Make It Happen," which left us confused and still unsure about the point of her statement.
I also ordered a burger came with 3 tomatoes 2 slices of back one piece of lettuce and cheese. No mayo mustard, and asked for condiments, the waiter said she would check and never returned to the table. We began stacking our plates of unfinished food to leave, the busboy came to grab them, and we had to ask him for the ticket because our waiter was nowhere to be found. The waiter then spoke from across the room saying she would be there in a minute and arrived 5 mins later. When came over and just presented the final amount on the payment device without offering a chance to review the receipt. We assume that because gratuity was automatically added, the staff felt they didn’t need to provide good service, but it was still frustrating. We were their to celebrate and order more beverages but decided to go to another location due to the poor service from beginning to end.
Overall, the food and service were underwhelming. The vibe of the place felt flat, and you could hear every conversation happening around you. Given how slow the service was and the poor food quality, we won’t be returning anytime soon. Hopefully, they can take this feedback and improve the experience for others in the future.

Service was amazing. She was so polite, engaging, and patient. I couldn't tell it was only her first week. The atmosphere was nice, with a good volume of music being played in the background. The food and the drinks were on point. I can tell they put effort into pleasuring my taste buds. The ox tail eggrolls are a must. Definitely the best I've ever had. We really enjoyed our experience. Thank you!

Today we came all the way from Snellville 40 minutes to celebrate my birthday. Got inside the hostess Sharon didn’t smile or greet us, and she was the manager also the music was very loud, and the tv played ghetto rap music with all the booty shaking and tattooing it was so horrible and then the waiter she came off cold and I knew then to turn around but I came because I follow Mr. Make it happen on Facebook and was so excited to celebrate with my daughter and best friend. We knew to turn around but stayed for over an 1 hour, nothing but water and a lot of they don’t have bacon, and not wings with the waffles but thighs! Then as we set and waited for the food we ordered, so as we set waiting 6 guys came in after us they started receiving their food. Our waitress Dimond was sweet but everything after her was awful!! So we went to morning bird…very good! Mr. Make it happen please make it happen and restaff & have brunch items and or list the place as a lounge. Terrible
Came here randomly a few nights ago. Food was mediocre. Not presented very well either. They were also short staffed. 1 bartender/waitress. We spent way too much money for 2 subpar meals. Drinks were good though.

We had an 11AM reservation for days, but when we arrived at the restaurant, they told us they cannot seat us and that it only opens at 1PM...
There were countless other customers at the entrance who ran into the same issue. Similar to us, many drove from far distances to get here.
They let us reserve online for that time and it even says 11AM on the site.
We were looking forward to this all week, but found this very disappointing and unprofessional.
Booked a reservation, just to be told the tables are full. Didn’t get an apology, just excuses. They tried to put me on a waitlist and never called.
I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. Despite having a reservation, I still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, which was frustrating. The service was slow, and by the time my food arrived, I was already disappointed.
I ordered the crab cake pasta, expecting a flavorful dish, but it completely lacked seasoning. The pasta was bland, and the crab cake didn’t add much to the overall taste. It felt like the ingredients were there, but the execution was missing.
Overall, the long wait and underwhelming food made for a disappointing dining experience. I wouldn’t rush back, especially given the price point.

Our experience was fantastic, thanks to our waiter Taylor (Tay)! He was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Tay gave us excellent recommendations, and every dish he suggested turned out to be amazing. His knowledge of the menu and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Tay!

Kitchen Cray was delicious!! I had the fried chicken jambalaya and it was seasoned to perfection 👌. The drinks are taste and strong.
The area is spacious and welcoming for large groups. Packet friendly menu.
I have no complaints. It would have been a bonus if the cheif/ owner did stop by the tables.
