Worst service ever!!!!!!!! Ordered my lunch and requested it to be delivered via Firehouse App. For starters my food was never delivered. I called the store to figure out the issue. The lady quickly said “Call Uber” . I did not place my order with Uber. I used the Firehouse app. And if you all don’t take accountability then don’t use another company to deliver your food. The app reflected the driver arrived, meanwhile when I go through the chat it said the driver would arrive 1:22pm. However the store had told me the driver picked up my food 45 mins prior. So why would the driver be driving around town with my food. My job is exactly 8-10 mins from the location. I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. I am going to spread the word to all my coworkers. This was trash service. And firehouse just lost a customer. I placed a $30 order for me and my sister. What a disappointment . This is exactly why I don’t do food deliveries.

World's slowest Firehouse. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait. There was no line - but maybe 5 people waiting on orders who, it appeared, had all be there awhile.
So I walked 3 doors down and got a great gyro platter served to me within 3 minutes of ordering. The number of customers was higher at the greek restaurant, but this place somehow handled them much more efficiently than this Firehouse handles customers.
What a shame. Just a poorly run, inefficient Firehouse.

My daughter will not eat a sub from anywhere else and that is including other firehouse locations 😂. If it’s not a sub from firehouse on glenridge in Sandy Springs she will not eat it. Thanks for making every visit epic. We love you guys 🫂
