Instead of speaking a “welcome”, or “hello” or even a head nod-the lady with the gold teeth used her hand to point and direct me like a dog to the register.
Do better with service.
Use your words. And treat customers with a tiny bit more respect.
Thankfully I was on a pick up order for someone else: otherwise I would not spend any money here.
For some reason it was really smokey inside the restaurant. Food was good though...

I don't think I'll be back to this location. The staff was nice and friendly but the bread on my subs were stale, with hardly any lettuce or meat. I was highly disappointed when I got home. I pulled off most of the bread because it just wasn't enjoyable and ate the meat and little veggies that were on the sub. I have never experienced anything like this at Firehouse subs.

Do not order from here. This place consistently hands out the wrong orders to delivery people. I can’t tell you how many times I go here thinking my food is here and it’s gone.

I goto this location of firehouse all the time when im in town it's at the top of my rode people who work here are really nice, always polite and are pretty fast at making a good sub, also they always get my online order right as well. Always nice and clean. Nice in/outdoor seating. 👍🏼
