This was a satifying burger. I had the Candied Jalapeno Burger I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked, but it came prepared medium well. I prefer medium rare, but it still hit the spot. It was juicy, with plenty (and not too much) melted cheese, and bacon. There were enough candied jalapenos on it for me to taste the addition. The bun was solid as well, and the burned in branding on top was unnecessary, but a nice touch.
On a Monday night, this place was a ghost town though. It's a large food hall that swallowed me and my +1 whole. I don't mind a cafeteria-sized restaurant, but to sit in one empty on a football night with plenty of big flat screens felt odd. Maybe it was an off night, but I do hope they are getting the customers in so the business has some staying power.

Awesome place for a group with kids! We had a two hour break between hockey games and this was a great to eat and hang out between games. Order at the counter. Multiple restaurants to choose from. Great staff, clean restaurant with plenty of games to keep the kids entertained. Thank you so much for the excellent service!!

Can’t speak on service as I got this thru Uber eats but this was not as good as they are commanding the price for. Mid tier burger ( chili burger was disgusting). The fries were ok but the cheese sauce that comes with it tastes like plastic. The birra was dry and bland. Not worth the extra charge at all. I wish I can take the calories back.

It was my first time trying them out. My bacon cheeseburger was on the very dry/kinda burnt side. The fries were just okay. I'm not sure if they were having an off day, or if that's just how it is.
I ordered a bacon BBQ burger with extra bacon and lettuce. The burger was as dry as a burlap sack. The only bacon on it was three small pieces that could have been broke up from one small strip, so I didn’t get the extra bacon I ordered. No lettuce that I ordered and I guess BBQ sauce is very expensive because there was almost none on my burger. If I had dined in I would have sent it back to the kitchen. Quality control is bad so don’t order take out. I also ordered chili cheese fries, plenty of chili’s and chili sauce but the cheese was non existent. I have sent food back to the kitchen in restaurants, but this was delivery and it went in the trash after a bite of each, where it would have ended up if I was in there restaurant and sent it back to the kitchen. I took photo’s and sent them on my DoorDash survey but that review will probably be deleted because it was very negative, same as this one. Don’t waste your money if you plan to order out and can’t send it back if it is wrong. My money for dinner tonight went to the same place as what was delivered tonight the trash can.

I did an Uber eats order. I got the classic double cheeseburger. Meat was flavorful and juicy, cheese was cheesin and pickles were thick and crispy even after delivery. It was practically the most perfect burger I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot because I am not a big burger person.

Ordered 2 separate time. First order was for partner and it was a burger that was not great. Was incorrect and a soggy mess. Second order yesterday, he got another burger. Again, bun a soggy mess. Burger an overcooked burned mess. I had ordered the grilled chicken sandwich because it did not have pickles on it like the breaded chicken does, and I hate pickles. There is no option to remove any toppings. They got my order wrong and sent me the breaded chicken with the pickles. The pickles were wet and the bun was absolutely soaked in pickle juice. Had to throw bun away it was disgusting. The chicken breading was a soggy mush mess that fell off of the chicken. Disappointing. Order was wrong and that quality was terrible. This place obviously is not capable of online/doordash orders. At least get the order right and don’t half that quality. Also, please let people remove toppings online. Not everyone loves pickles/tomatoes/sauces /etc. Disappointed not once but twice now. Will not order again.
