This is the only place I love to order lunch from! I eat lunch here at least once a week. You will not find a restaurant owner more passionate than Odede, he is a gift to our community. The food is clean and delicious, makes for a good quick lunch or a catered dinner. We are huge fresh one kitchen & Odede fans!!! I love all of their food- especially the sweet potato noodles and shrimp!

Every single time I come to Fresh One Kitchen in Sandy Springs, the service is absolutely top tier. The staff always treats you like family, and the experience is consistent every visit. The food is so fresh and flavorful that I never even remember to snap a picture—I’m too busy enjoying it!
Their cold, fresh fruit juices are some of the best I’ve ever had—refreshing, vibrant, and the perfect complement to any meal. This spot has become my weekly lunch go-to (sometimes even twice a week!) because I can always count on high-quality food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. Fresh One Kitchen in Sandy Springs is truly a gem.

I come here once, sometimes twice a week, and today I was just over stimulated. I have a very ambitious 3 year old and, it’s just us, most of the month. Melody was so sweet and amazing. She was patient and kind with me. I was trying to use the wrong credit card and was waiting on a text, to verify the charges, which never came. So I used a different card, which went through. But, she didn’t judge the moment and went along with business as normal. We need more Melodies in this world! Thank youuuuuuuuu! :)

I was so impressed with the service and the food. I had the veggie bowl and it was flavorful and delicious. The staff greeted customers as they walked in and thanked customers as they were leaving. Great atmosphere with delicious food and generous portions. Highly recommend.

clean kitchen and supply line. Savory Fresh vegetables. Nothing is bland. The steak is perfection and the go to's are the Fresh One Sauce or Sesame Ginger sauce with any bowl u choose. Great Fast Service. I'm from Tampa where there is the FK and Bolay and this has more robust options in vegetable and beans. They even have shrimp which is made to order. green beans, black beans, garbanzo beans, brussels slaw, sweet potato noodles, carrots, sautéed mushrooms, broccoli, string beans, u name it it's more than good. God Bless the Bold because they are next to a big chain competitor and everyone should fall into this spot instead.

The steak bowl is so fresh and delicious! I had it for lunch and again for dinner because the bowl was so big and filling. The roasted potato base was cooked perfectly and it was a perfect mix of vegetables. Can’t wait to go again.

The food here is incredible!! I got the steak and chicken bowl and everything was fresh and delicious. Don’t let the small size of the bowl fool you, it’s very filling and cost is reasonable. The chipotle is next door and they seriously can’t compete with the tender and flavor of the steak. Plus the friendliness of the staff!! Would recommend to everyone I know.
