We're staying at the Hyatt House while undergoing a medical procedure at Northside Hospital across the street so we decided to have dinner at H Bar. Augyst was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The Korean Street Tacos were absolutely delicious. My husband enjoyed the chicken quesadilla and the salsa wasn't spicy at all. They offer a wide variety of things to eat as well as desserts, which we didn't partake in. We definitely eat there and intend on doing so tomorrow.

This is our second extended stay in this hotel. The hotel is clean the staff is friendly and well trained. The rooms are well equipped and the housekeeping staff so a great job. The breakfast is great and the kitchen staff are so friendly and work very hard, always with a smile. The lobby and common area is spacious, modern and spotless.

This was one of best hotels I have stayed in. The check in was a breeze and the room was welcoming. The view was beautiful and it had all the amenities I could.ask for. This was also a very clean and well kept hotel. The area was far enough away from the busy traffic but also in a safe place. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt house. We loved how clean and spacious the rooms are. They were modern and very comfortable, lots of room! Great outdoor pool and lawn area, especially for kids. The included breakfast was another great feature. Will definitely be staying here when we come down to atlanta again!
The best I actually can’t wait to go again . Friendly staff , nice and clean bathrooms located in a great area . It was a nice and chill vibe it was like your own little house . The studios were really nice

Charged my card twice. Once when I checked in and AGAIN when I checked out. Staff claims it was a "glitch"... but failed to accommodate me in any way to make up for Hyatt's "glitch." Staff was not friendly. Very curt and unknowledgeable. I will never return to this hotel and will tell others not to either.

Stayed here in a king suite for 2 nights with our family of 4. Wifi worked great as both my partner & I had to work & our daughter had online classes. The area felt safe & quiet. Close to the freeway. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good for being included in the room rate. Parking was $10/night whether you get to park in the connected ramp or across the street. Overall good stay.

Modern hotel with great amenities. Staff was friendly and check-in was seamless. Clean room that included a fridge, microwave and safe. Highly recommend! *Location wasn't great because of construction. They worked into the A.M. hours. Made it difficult to relax even with the blackout shades.

My husband I was traveling from DC with my daughter to visit different colleges and we arrived late around 1am, the front desk staff Ms. Patricia "please forgive me if I said her name wrong" was so kind and pleasant and very welcoming. The one bedroom suite was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our whole 4 day stay!!! The continental breakfast was delicious with made to order omelets!!! My husband and I decided that every time we stay in ATL the Hyatt House will be our choice of stay!! Thanks to the entire staff!!! With kind regards, Monique M
