My coworker arrived and was served by Sofia. She first questioned the advertised combo that she found out if you get the orange juice it’s an up charge because the combo for the advertised price comes with coffee (scam) she clearly indicated she did not want it. She was charged $9 for a breakfast sandwich of 1egg/cheese and 2 strips a bacon, she asked for a refund. She was charged again instead of receiving a refund. After all that wasted time she was unable to get breakfast. You would think for the inconvenience they would at least offer the make a better sandwich for free but instead she’s at work starving.

I decided to try this Hardees because it was the closest location to my hotel. I ordered the Monster burger and mushroom and Swiss. Unfortunately, both hamburgers were underwhelming and tasteless. The customer service was pedestrian at best and the wait was 15-20 minutes for two burgers. The employee taking my order seemed lifeless and no personality and would have received better service thru the bot. I won't ever return to this location and probably won't ever eat at Hardee's again.
Their food quality and prices have gone downhill and will eat at another burger joint when I return in November.

Hardee’s has made a big push and advertising that breakfast is available until 12 noon. Rolled up at 11:45 AM today to be told there are no biscuits. No offer for anything and no coupon. I just wanted my mom to get her beloved bacon biscuit.

We went through drive-thru. The associate was so friendly! The chicken biscuits, hash rounds and maple biscuits were fresh, perfectly cooked and yummy. I gave 4 stars because our Sprite drinks tasted like it missing syrup, like carbonated water. Fresh food and friendly service for a busy fast food restaurant.

I went to this location for breakfast this morning. The food was fresh and the ladies at the window were so friendly.
Amazing place, first time ever trying Hardee’s and wasn’t disappointed, for sure I can repeat tasting more food of this menu in another location of this franchise. Good customer service and clean baths.

I bring my kids here for breakfast pretty regularly, and we all love it. The food is consistently great, and the staff is friendly and efficient. It’s one of the better Hardee’s around, no question.
But during our last visit, someone was allowed to bring their dog inside the restaurant and sit down to eat—inside, not on a patio. This wasn’t a service animal, just a pet. And the staff allowed it.
We don’t have a dog, and I don’t expect to see one next to us while we’re eating indoors. It’s unsanitary, inappropriate, and honestly just gross in a place where people are trying to eat. I was surprised and disappointed to see it happen.
We’ll keep coming for the food and service, but I really hope management tightens up on basic health standards.
