The worst location to go to. I have never not been to this location and had a correct order made even though you are directly telling them what to do . Girls making the sandwiches have attitude problems and is unfortunate I have to drive to Buckhead location just to have good service and the correct meal.

Place was clean. Staff was not happy to have a job at all. I bought over $70.00 worth of pastries, desserts, cookies and bread. While in the car, my daughter asked if she could have an M&M cookie and I said sure. She rolled down the window and throw it out saying it was too hard. I thought it was a fluke so I kept driving to my mom's house. My mom was so excited to see everything that looked so delicious. She tried her cannoli (her favorite) and the shell was so soft, no crunch at all the cream was not a real cannoli cream. She said "Oh, that's old". Other guests tried the desserts and everyone said theirs was stale. How flipping embarrassing and super frustrating to spend that amount of money, get horrible service only to be more let down by inferior products. Never again!

Such an awful experience with the store manager today over an online order that was not received. Extremely rude, so much so that I canceled my order and placed it at the Brookhaven location instead. It’s confusing why people with such poor attitudes choose to work in the service industry and with customers. It’s also unfortunate for Henri’s, but this caused an entire business that was a loyal, repeat customer to never order from them again.

Popped in b/c I didn’t want to shop hungry. Glad I did! Didn’t want to stand in line for them to make my sandwich should have stood in line. The ready made sandwiches in the open fridge I got the Turkey on the onion roll. It was good but it already had mayo on it so I had to scrape it off.
Lunch line can be long (more than four people) so go after lunch rush 12-1pm.
Parking lot was full b/c of other businesses including Trader Joe’s. So be ready to wait for parking.

Sandwich designer was extremely rude and lacked personality, good customer service and exuded a ridiculously poor attitude (and for absolutely no reason, on my behalf). Front end was notified, however made no apology or means to rectify the experience. Highly disappointed.
The Ruben was overpriced and undersized. The few cookies, baklava and macrons I bought (at over a dollar a piece) were forgettable. The only stand out was the cronut.
