I’ve had many Rueben’s in my life and this was the first time I’ve been served one that was lacking in meat and quality. I didn’t even touch it before I requested to have it sent back to order something different and was denied by the manager because it wasn’t feasible given the lack of traffic coming into this location to do a different order for something more appetizing.. I just asked for the bill and a to-go container for my side. There’s apparently a no refund policy.. on my behalf I should have read the fine print, however, this is a sorry excuse for a $15 sandwich.*the manager on duty was zack (?), Caucasian male- big belly- bad attitude I asked our sweet server because there was no introduction or identification that he was the manager. the staff however is friendly and I tipped our server :) I would avoid this location based off management alone.

Nice spot in Sandy Spings. Easy entry off the road. Lots of parking. The place has a great atmosphere. The food is fresh and hot. The dry rub wings were very good. The place serves Coca-Cola as most everywhere does down here. The flavor on the other food was perfect. Waitress staff was present and helpful with questions.

Leaving out food from a customer’s order, saying you’ll refund, and then never refunding is a nice tidy way to improve profit margins.My takeout order did not include my vegetables (I’m a breastfeeding mother and needed those). The chicken was burnt badly, and one piece didn’t have a scrap of cheese on it. The meal was inedible.I called and asked for the price to be adjusted. The manager claimed all takeout orders were left open to be checked when picked up (which was not the case), and hemmed and hawed, and finally said he would refund me and that it would take several days to show up on my card. Apparently he expected me to forget about it. I followed up with an email a couple weeks later that has been ignored for a week.Cheating your customers is really not a good look.

Went there for dinner with 7 family members. Server brought water then disappeared to the point we had to ask another one to find her. We ordered drinks but she never brought my sister in law’s Woodford’s on the rocks and we found out from another server that they were out of it. My wife’s Mediterranean bowl was nothing but some arugula and feta which she sent back. The other food was pretty good, lots ot TV’s but the service killed the experience.
