“My girlfriend decided to try a new restaurant and this place didn't disappoint. The relaxed yet inspiring atmosphere complements the rich flavors in the food, and the staff's friendly demeanor only added to the experience. Our server Toney was friendly and kind, and his favorite dish Malai Kofta was a show stopper! We ordered it as spice level 4, and the balance of heat and curry flavors was perfect. The flavors of Hara bara kebab, paneer lababdar with parata and naan was smooth, delicious and optimum spice levels. It’s an art to blend the flavors and spice. The masala chai can be better when served in a natural warmed cups.“

“The food at Tandoor Tavern was AMAZING! It was our first time there. Everything was very fresh, hot, and flavorful. We will definitely eat here again, and/or get takeout. My husband and I had different chicken dishes, and we also got the garlic naan. The prices were reasonable and I was happy I had leftovers so I could enjoy my meal again the next day. SO. GOOD! It would help, though, to have descriptions of the food on the menu. I have eaten Indian food before so I knew I liked it, but when you aren't familiar with the dishes, descriptions are very helpful. When we asked for to go boxes our server thought out what we had left and selected perfect containers for everything. We enjoy hot food, we got the hot level of spice and it was perfect. Only one suggestion-
Don’t be so stingy on the sambhar. 2tbsp of sambhar isn’t enough for a dosa or uttapam.
No sambhar is provided with Idli.
Come on guys, you can fix this and make your customers happier.

Puri tarkari ko lagi I was expecting chic peas, if not any tarkari but gravey style so I can dip by puri but it was basically tons of peas with water. Tried eating that with rice to not waste food but had no taste.

My favorite dishes were the banana baji, Mango pulihora, the best shahi panner, the really soft chapati’s, the amazing drumstick tomato cashew curry, and the homemade pickle, sambar, and curd rice at the end. We started with a dosa with potato, the potato was delicious but the dosa part was a bit bland. I had the saag paneer and butter chicken thali - wasnt bad just wasn’t great. The tikka moshola is the most delicious curry I have ever tasted. Their mango lassi's are creamy and delicious. It's all great. The staff is also extremely friendly. Multiple events where everyone was very impressed with the choices of both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes..I have not heard a single complaint, and everyone feasted on the variety.
