Ordered an 8 inch Italian Night Club through the Jimmy John's mobile app for me to prepay and pick up at the store. Within 5 minutes of ordering, got a message stating that the sandwich was ready for pick up. Good thing I live only 7 minutes away from JJ's! This Jimmy John's location has a free parking garage right behind the store, and you have to walk outside around the small building that JJ's is in. I walked in, and let them know my name, and they gave me my order, and then I headed home to eat. I ordered the Italian Night Club with no changes, which means I got salami, capitol, ham, provolone, onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil and vinegar and oregano-basil on my 8 inch French bread sandwich. The bread was firm enough and had a good and acceptable chew to it without it being rubbery. The sandwich itself was heavy in weight because they put a good amount of meat in it! The veggies were fresh and actually added flavor to the sandwich. The only thing I didn't really care for was the limpy dill pickle slices with the mushy insides that I got. I prefer crunchy pickles over these, but that wasn't an option here. Quick service, free parking and a great sandwich made for a nice lunch experience!

First time at a Jimmy John's: Customer service: the staff here was really friendly. I walked in feeling like a lost child because I had no idea what to order or how the ordering process worked (especially during COVID-19). The lady taking orders helped me out and explained everything to me. It added to my great first experience. Food: my sandwich was bomb! Now I see why people in the south rave about Jimmy John's. It's delicious! Skip your trip to Subway and come here. It's totally worth it to at least try once. Would I recommend? Yes. Especially this site. They kept the place very clean. Will I be back? Yes.

Sandwiches are great as usual but the parking is not great. Be careful, if you park in the wrong spot, there is a lot attendant booting cars.

Customer Service (from owner) very disappointing Delivery is horribly SLOW! Took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to actually get my food in hand. They delivered to the wrong office. So after multiple people handling my food, I wasn't about to eat it....Not to mention it was probably two hour old tuna sandwich at this point. They had to come back and pick up the food in order to credit me for 2hour old tuna sandwich. The owner didn't even offer to remake and deliver when they picked up the old order. There's no wonder they have so many bad reviews online.

This Jimmy Johns is horrible. Absolutely terrible customer service. Took my order forever to get here and when I called to check on the status of my order I was placed on hold for so long that I had to hang up and call back. I was told that my order would arrive in a few minutes, yeah right! I do not recommend this location.

This store is trash. The owner Chris has no idea what customer service is and overcharges certain people. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person if they were giving away free food! Vinnys next door though
Food is delicious per usual, but I waited over an hour for my sandwich. I'm less than 1 mile away from this location. I had to pay for delivery since I carpooled with a friend and could not pick up myself and did not have enough time to walk there and back for my lunch break. I had to go back to work without eating and had to then leave work to go downstairs to get my order when it arrived which I could not eat due to the length of time it took to get here. Definitely not freaky fast. I called to inquire about 45 minutes after my order was placed and was told it should be out on the next delivery but it still didn't say out for delivery until more than 30 minutes after that phone call. At that point, they marked the "eat" button signifying that I received my order that I did not receive until 2 hours after placing the order. They falsely stated it was delivered to improve productivity.II haven't had any of these problems with previous jimmy johns locations but likely won't order from this one again. Disappointed to say the least.

Disappointing!I placed an online order for delivery at approx. 4:30pm today. The order was an #11 with added bacon. The sandwich arrived approx. 30 mins later. Chris called to inform the order has been delivered. The sandwich was tasty however it did not have the added bacon which was paid for. I called the store at approx. 5 mins till 8pm. The young lady answering the phone was rather rude when I informed her I did not have the bacon. Before I could say anything else, she stated she made the sandwich herseelfand she added bacon. I assured her it was not there and I would not call back for $1.50. Furthermore, she refused to give any identifying information to report. She stated only her and her brother were working and he delivered. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had all over $1.50. I have now had 3 experiences with this location. If this was a grade report, you would fail but there is always room for improvement.
