My wife and I frequently have dinner at Kaiser's as the service is always great (Tommy was our server this time) and everything on the menu is fantastic. Chef Kaiser's creativity and choices always taste great. We eat out a lot and this is in our top 2 or 3 favorite restaurants in the entire metro Atlanta area.

The ambiance and lighting was nice, we sat in a very nice booth section. They accommodated my wife and I, as my wife is pregnant. The waiter was nice but he seemed very tired. Lacked an upbeat personality. They just opened at 5:30pm and my reservation was at 6pm. So no need to not have energy. The waiter helper was great, he stayed on top of refilling the glasses and bread and so on. The food was just average. I ordered the days special steak medium well. And it came out well done and over cooked, dry, and tasteless. Sent it back and got the crab meal that my wife got. This was pretty good. The sides were just ok. Everything was lacking seasoning. My two choices were between here and Kevin Rathburn steakhouse . I was seeing what side items they had as my deal breaker. I also chose here because it has 4.9 stars. Rathburn had 4.6. For the money I was not satisfied with my choice.

A beautiful ambiance paired with delicious food and drink! I want to give a huge thank you to our waiter Terry and the hostesses for helping me. When we visited for our first time earlier this year I was very newly pregnant and still wanting to hide it from our friends we were with, but if I didn’t order wine or a cocktail they would likely be on to me, so I asked the hostesses for help. They delivered the message, and Terry took my drink order but secretly delivered me a mocktail version of what I ordered to help my husband and I keep our secret. It was above and beyond, and we are so incredibly appreciative of the Kaisers staff being willing to play in our charade. We will absolutely be coming back, especially when I can enjoy a REAL cocktail!!

Our actual server was outstanding – the kind you expect at an elite high-end steakhouse. The food was good,not amazing, the atmosphere OK, but the manager quite argumentative and difficult The overall costs seemed high. We will not be going back.
This place is amazing. The server Michael was impeccable. Food was delicious. Ambiance was perfect to celebrate me and my husband's birthday. Look forward to going back soon.

Have enjoyed great food here before, however celebrating our 42nd anniversary the halibut special was dry and tough and the fillet was not properly seasoned and tasteless. I do acknowledge our server was awesome and took great care of us!

I have eaten at Kaisers several times and had an excellent meal each time. Last night our group of 5 ordered the large, bone-in rib eye, the seafood special halibut, salads, several sides and 2 drinks for each person. Everything other than the steak was excellent. The steak, described to be shared by 2 people, was ordered medium. It first arrived raw; however, the manager who brought it to the table and served it almost immediately looked at the steak and told us it was undercooked. A few minutes later the steak came back, this time cooked rare (which normally is perfect on a high end cut of meat). The steak was tough and lacked flavor. To be honest, the other times I have visited Kiser's I have ordered fish, and that has always been great. I think when I return I will go back to ordering fish. As always, the service was excellent.

1st time dining here. The food and service were excellent. Yellowfin tuna and burrata-tomato appetizers. I had the ribeye special. The sides we got were the brussels sprouts, au gratin potatoes, and mushroom risotto. Nice wine list and chocolate chip cookie skillet for dessert. Hope to visit again soon
