OMG, I wish I went to the bathroom before I ordered my food. Is filthy needs to be hosed down with a fireman's hose and scrub well and maybe it will be clean. Wondering about how dirty the kitchen is, the service okay, the server doesn't care is job not vested in here job. ugh one star minus

The Mac & cheese and service were great. My ribeye was trash, unfortunately. It was cooked badly. Mooing on one side med well on the other. Just all over the place. I sent it back once. But came back even worse.

I go to restaurants and eat the same meal over and over again. I bring a book and usually get in and out in less than 40 minutes. I came in for lunch before a road trip and stood in the entrance for a few minutes waiting to be seated. The bartender asked if I was placing a to go order. I said no and she said someone would be out to seat me. I waited thinking that they needed to clean their floors/carpet because of the dingy smell. I thought about leaving and just eating on the road. The bartender came back and told me to seat myself in the area where two others were seated. I did. Then a waitress comes out and loudly says, "so the customers just seating themselves today" I can't stand passive aggressive shit. So I told her and the waiter near her that I was told to sit here. She walks off saying "I had somebody wait for 20 minutes yesterday because he sat himself" and the guy started explaining that some sections don't have servers yadda yadda yadda. Irrelevant. I was told to sit here. If it's an issue ask me to move. The waitress has a slight attitude and is short when taking my order. I think about walking out but it's fine. I've endured worse. Just make sure my food is good. 3 other customers come in and stand at the front. No one greets them. They eventually walk to a table and sit. They clearly don't speak English. They look confused by the absence of service. They get up and leave. The waitress comes back to see them gone, snatched up the menus, and says, "I don't have time for this shit". In front of 3 tables of guests. Your shift just started. How are you mad already?! Then she brings the steak with a mystery sauce I've never seen on my steak at Longhorn and tells me it's lemon butter "have you tried it? I just brought it out so fast it didn't have time to melt". I think about walking out for the 3rd time. She never checks on me again despite walking by and checking on other tables. She's practically cooing and "yes ma'aming" all around me. I wait until I notice there's a QR code to pay at the table. I pay online and leave. I never listen to my first mind and this is another reminder to do so. I should have left and had a more pleasant lunch elsewhere.

I saw all the hype over the Parmesan crusted lamb chops and I had to try it. Our server was very attentive and answered any questions we had and even offered suggestions. The food was really delicious, the entree comes with 5 lamb chops, mashed potatoes and spinach, this was more than enough portion wise. I definitely understand the hype and I will definitely be back to get more of the lamb chops before they stop serving them as I believe the lamb chops are seasonal. Highly recommend

I've always had a great experience at this location. Food temperature great, order correct, friendly faces, and grat timing. No complaints all SMILES. OH TRY THE LAMB, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

We had dinner and the french onion soup was black and doused with something that tasted like soy sauce. When our meal came, the asparagus looked as if they fell out of a can onto the plate. The manager was less than accommodating. After sending our second batch of asparagus back, the manager was arguing with us. While our server was trying to calm him down, I told him that he was being very unprofessional. His response: “then I need to step away because I am about to be a whole lot more unprofessional.” We are so disappointed seeing as this is our neighborhood Longhorn and will NOT BE BACK.

Our family visited Longhorn in Sandy Springs on a Thursday night around 7:30pm. Parking was ample and once we were inside as walk-ins, we were seated immediately. Our server brought us bread and drinks right away. Our salads and appetizers arrived shortly after we placed our orders. Our steaks and other entrees/sides arrived as we were finishing the appetizers. The steaks were cooked to our temperature specifications, and the sides were plentiful. we will return soon

I’ve eaten at most of the finest steakhouses in Atlanta multiple times, however, when we want to pick up a good steak dinner to have at home, this LongHorn is outstanding. The food is always cooked to our specifications. The steaks are really good. I particularly love the Outlaw Ribeye. The portions are generous. The Strawberry Salad is incredible! The cost is very reasonable. The personnel couldn’t be friendly.

Dined in tonight server Monique was phenomenal! Normally all the food is on point at this location but tonight unfortunately that wasn’t the case. When you are spending $30.00 for a steak and have to send it back to get cooked properly only for it to still come out under cooked is crazy to me. Appetizer took a long time but the server communicated everything with us. The thing that annoyed me most was not even the food was the fact the manager on duty waited until AFTER we had paid for the bill to even check on us. When Monique sent the steak back she came back out and said the manager would re deliver but it was Monique instead. I definitely think the manager could have been more professional and came out when the issues occurred.
