We had ordered garden pizza for lunch order # 107

Pizza was not cooked properly , base was not fine. It was very very thick. I have had from other marcos too and this one was the worst one. Vegetables were not properly placed or cooked. Box was already half broken from between which i realized when i took it to the car. The garlic dip taken with is was leaking. Not at all an expected experience for the money spent!!

Ordered pizza for delivery. It was 45 minutes late and cold. I called numerous times to check on my order. The manager was extremely rude. Will never order from this location again. I have been a long time customer to this point.

Marcos. Employ more people. One person cannot run this store all alone. This is a busy spot that needs to meet the needs of many people. This store has crap ratings because your workers have no room to breathe and are constantly overwhelmed by orders.

Food was typical for Marcos - as expected, but the service was horrible. When it was 15 minutes late we called to check on it and was told they were waiting on a driver. Two minutes later we called to suggest we would pick it up, but was told it would be here in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later we called and the person on the phone became insolent - speaking over us, not offering any discount or estimated time and became more and more heated. Extremely unprofessional. We will be ordering from another pizza place in the future.

Forgot my crust topping. Not that big a deal, but kinda disappointing. I like eating the pie first then later reheating the romaparm crust and eating it like breadsticks. Oh, well. Pizza well made and hot when I picked it up. Location off Etris in Roswell is better.

I wish I could give negative stars. Everything was burnt and absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if they had trainees in the kitchen but they absolutely ruined pizza night. We have had them before on a Saturday about a month ago and everything was delicious but whoever works in this location during the week needs to be fired. I contacted them for a refund and told them to come pick up the items and they stated for me to keep them but they could only give store credits. ABSOLUTELY NOT; I advised the young man that I will take care of my refund with my bank because I absolutely did not receive what was paid for.

The African American gentlemen working at the location were nice and very professional, and the pizza was made properly and was nice and hot. I think it's just the recipe itself that's not giving. It's not bad tasting, it's just not a pie I'd write home about.

I arrived early for my takeout order and the young man said it would be five more minutes which I fully expected. After ten more minutes I asked the manager to make sure they added garlic butter when the pizza came out. After ten more minutes, the manager asked me my name. My order was never even made. I asked for a refund because I had groceries in the car and had already waited 20 minutes. No apology or offer to make it right. The most unprofessional staff I’ve encountered in many years. I won’t be giving them my business again.

They were pretty busy, but they gave me a large pizza for the same price as my small pizza I originally ordered because of the wait time. I call this great customer service!
