Marco's Pizza

There is only one person working on a Sunday evening and one of the drivers is helping making pizza where items are being dropped on the floor left and right the phone is ringing off the hook and there is a ton of orders. Do not go here.

My mobile online order was made wrong which was frustrating! However, the manager made the situation right and went above and beyond to fix my order. She was also very apologetic.

Walked in to pick up an order. Waited for 10 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me. Another customer walks in and gets immediately acknowledged. Terrible service.

One staff member was very gracious, fortunately. Unfortunately the employee Ashley is about the rudest and most disrespectful employee I've encountered.

Employees here don’t know how to answer calls or how to talk to customers or make good cheesy bread

You better run unless you want a case of food poisoning! Don’t waste your money or risk your health. The inside of the place is filthy. They don’t wash their hands. Every surface is covered in some film. Saw the girl with the greasy ponytail run her finger across the food prep surface, sniff it, grimace and wipe her hands on her filthy leggings. They are constantly touching their hair, licking their fingers and wiping their dirty hands on their even dirtier clothes. If you order anything other than pizza, know that the food has been sitting out in the open, uncovered and not refrigerated. Don’t expect to get your order any time remotely close to when they tell you your food will be ready. Eat here at your own risk! Don’t know what grade the health department gave them. Nothing is posted. But they could definitely stand a visit and a good deep cleaning.

Terrible customer service with messed up orders constantly and no compensation. Inside is disgusting and have found non sealed food or dirt in my pizza.

I ordered my food at 6:35, I get there to pick up at 6:45, the pizza and wings tasted old and not as it should have been…FRESH. This was my first and last time going to this location. The rep was cool, but the food, it’s a no for me. To be honest, the whole area is just weird.

My experience was great no line ! The pizza came out when she said it would . The Philly steak pizza I got was good 10/10 I would recommend. I got the small pizza and it still was fulfilling

I can’t believe I have to give them even one star. I called to order a hot honey pepperoni magnifico after seeing it listed on the DoorDash app for this specific location. I was very rudely told that the item has not been sold for over year. The information could not have been delivered more rudely. Once it’s time to pick up the pizza, my regular pepperoni magnifico, it is simply a pepperoni pizza which is not the same thing. I was ignored in store, and my boyfriend who placed the order was completely ignored when trying to call back the store. I literally can’t believe it.

I showed up and they “hadn’t started making any of their orders for the afternoon”.
But you took my order, and my payment, said it’ll be ready when you get here”. 30 minutes later, no pizzas being made. A lobby full of angry customers. Employees have smoking devices laying around?? I HATE this place and I will never come back here. Ever!!!

I ordered two pizzas from this establishment upon which were WRONG. I DROVE INTO THE STORE TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM and the MANAGER IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME SHE WOULDNT HELP ME OR FIX MY PIZZA ALTHOUGH I OFFERED TO PAY, this was a very uncomfortable experience and the place I once loved I will never order from them again. The manager was a woman and although I failed to get her name, her customer service was AWFUL!!!!!! Waste of $40!!!!!! I will never support this business again and I will be calling my bank to dispute all charges !

We had ordered garden pizza for lunch order # 107

Pizza was not cooked properly , base was not fine. It was very very thick. I have had from other marcos too and this one was the worst one. Vegetables were not properly placed or cooked. Box was already half broken from between which i realized when i took it to the car. The garlic dip taken with is was leaking. Not at all an expected experience for the money spent!!
