Why do they always get my order wrong in the drive-thru?!!!
Just left this location stop there before going to work. I wanted a steak, egg & cheese bagel. Here’s what I got… Now even if I kept this breakfast sandwich it still wouldn’t be satisfying because they put only a half ah piece of bacon on top of the folded egg. And yet they charged me $9.68 for the meal! I’m totally disgusted and hungry too far to turn around to fix it or I’ll be late for work. Soooo upset rt now!
Look at the tag on the bag it clearly says Stk Eg/Chs Bgl….

Beronica was at the check out feb19. She is what all employees should model themselves after. There was a bit of a language barrier, however she was very pleasant in making sure that I got breakfast even though I walked in a few minutes after they swapped over to lunch. The drink machines were broken and she noticed me from across the restaurant that something was wrong and was quick to take care of the issue. Give this woman a raise.

Very clean but also extremely slow. Everytime I come, I wait 30min for a cheese burger and medium fry. And that is after ordering on he app and driving to the location. My order is always wrong, and I’m not sure why but they don’t say their fries.

I have come to this place and every time I come the service is terrible I ordered 2 combos and they gave it to me without the potatoes the same with the ice cream orders 4 and they gave me 3 the manager Leonel was rude instead of solving the Voltio problem and left me speaking only bad service
