This place should be better than it is. The service is mediocre. They really seem to be annoyed by being at work. I go less frequently now that they no longer have ricotta.

I have visited this place many times, and they have never refused to add extra cheese or other toppings to the pizza, which is one of the franchise's big standards and the well-known MOD "cheesy" pizza. However, they informed us that they have a new local operator now, who is "controlling" the amount of cheese and other toppings that they need to put on the pizzas. When we requested spinach to be added before baking, we were told that, under the "new rules", spinach must be added after baking, which seems ridiculous. Who should have the choice about the pizza, the customer or the new operator? Additionally, we noticed that the size of the pizza has also shrunk. If they are trying to control their expenses, they are also looking to reduce customer satisfaction and their revenue as a consequence. I will not be returning to this place.

Just left this location I arrived at 9:30 the two people working are packing up witch is understandable almost closing time but the young man working tonight’s shift was super disrespectful staring us down nagging how it’s closing time and adding what ever he wanted on the order not the type of person to write a review but I live across the street at the cliftwood I really hope this gets to the right person.

This place is good and adds whatever toppings we request. Really like the additional sauce for no up charge. There was a good flavor to my pizza and salad! I like the pesto sauce! My friend got a custom pizza. I wish there was a larger outdoor patio seating and an indoor upper seating area with a balcony looking down on the eating area. An indoor fireplace would be nice too. I always look forward to coming to Atlanta and eating here and wish there was more Mod Pizzas in Ohio.

First time ever going. Food was delicious but the service was not so great. We came in at 8:30 and was informed it was take out only eventhough online it says they close at 10. I inquired if they close the dinning room early just because I had never eaten there before. He said they close it at 9 so I was still confused as to why it was take out only. I ordered a side ceaser salad and the gentleman making the salad added tomatoes when it doesn’t come with them . He even tried to argue with me that they do. While waiting for our food he was talking with the young lady behind the register and preceded to call me a “b****”. I was completely thrown off by that as I was never once rude to him even though he was providing terrible service. Why ask someone when they walk in if it is dine or take out when your only offering take out. I get it was probably a slow night and they wanted to go home right at close. I’ve been in this industry for a long time. It was completely dead in the restaurant and I can see why when you are providing terrible service to first time customers.

MOD pizza is always good! I've been here several times and the food is always fresh, the service is always good and the tables are always clean. I say that because a lot of times when you go to places where you seat yourself, especially during lunch hours, you always have to wait for someone to come clean the table or do it yourself.
