Deanna was my bartender/waitress and was absolutely impeccable. She was so attentive and took care of everything and did it in a timely manner. When you go to Nam make sure you ask for her !

The atmosphere is very inviting. Low lighting and music set the mood for a relaxing yet lounge-ish vibe. You loose time when your there. Staff is the best, super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu selections. The owner Thuy will have you laughing with her all night. She’s very entertaining. Behind the bar you’ll find Deanna who is stunning and can help direct you toward the wine or cocktail you’re craving. It’s become the place to be. One of my favorite spots

Nam Kitchen is an absolute gem. The tofu was hands-down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly prepared and full of flavor. I loved the ambiance, the attention to detail throughout the space, and the drinks were excellent. Everything came together beautifully. I will definitely be back!

We love supporting local and you can’t go wrong with Nam! The food and service is always 12/10! We love sitting at the bar with Deanna and Thuy as they are incredible at making drinks and have very extensive wine knowledge. If you haven’t checked Nam out yet I highly recommend!

Nam Kitchen is far and away the best restaurant and atmosphere in Sandy Springs! The food and service are exceptional. You will not find better sushi anywhere in Atlanta! The filet is to die for, and the lemongrass chicken and pho are amazing. The bar and restaurant have an incredible vibe and Nam is the best spot in town for a date night or for having dinner with friends or family. Thuy the owner treats you like family, and she and the bartender, Deanna, make the most amazing cocktails. The wine list is very extensive and they also sell high end wines to take home at amazing prices. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in for drinks at the bar while we waited for our table at Mister 01 pizza across the way. Bartender was EXTREMELY rude and seemed annoyed that we were even there. She was pleasant to everyone around us, but rude and dismissive to us. DEFINITELY won't be back and don't recommend.

The ambiance here is amazing, so is the staff and food. This is a must return for me. They have the largest selection of wines I've seen in a while. If you are a wine lover this place will feel like home. This is a golden ticket for first dates ⚘️⚘️.

Great service but I had the possibly the worst sushi ever and paid 25 dollars for it , it was literally like grocery store sushi
We came with a group of 14 and spent thousands of dollars on a mediocre dinner. Service was missing most of the night, and one member of our party left early because the sushi made him nauseous.
After dinner, my friend bought six bottles of wine from the restaurant’s own shop—$100 each. We took the bottles to the patio to drink.
The owner came outside and yelled at us. She said we shouldn’t have her “expensive glasses” on the patio because other customers in the past had stolen or broken glasses or complained about bugs in their drinks. None of that was us, and no one had told us about any rule.
She then turned to another person in our group and started yelling about the way they were looking at her. When someone in our party calmly mentioned that we’d spent thousands of dollars there, she replied: “People spend thousands of dollars every day here. I don’t care.”
We ended up calming her down. There was no apology and no acknowledgment that the “rule” about glasses/wine on the patio was unwritten and unspoken—even though the wine was purchased on-site.
Later, when we went back inside, the owner appeared high and/or drunk—which only made the whole incident more concerning.
I’m sad to write this, but the behavior was aggressive and combative, it messed up our vibe, and it almost ruined our night. I’m genuinely worried about how she might treat future customers. For the money we spent, we expected decent food, basic service, and respect—not hostility.
