This location is fairly new but that made no difference! My waitress set the tone and gave a samples before we ordered. The Cajun grits were great. I ordered shrimp & grits and the banana pudding waffles & chicken. My grits didn’t even need cheese it was seasoned so well. The chicken was fried extremely well and if you like waffles fool of flavor then u found the place. Only thing I was a fan of was the thin syrup but u think its because it was warmed. Run—don’t walk because this place is amazing! The food is super fresh, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection! Catfish and grits is by far the best I’ve ever had in Atlanta (I said what I said). Their specialty waffles are delicious. Fried chicken wings are juicy and well seasoned. I’m so happy they opened up another location. Customer service from the waitress was great, and I loved how the chef came out and asked if everything was okay. I’ll definitely be back!
We had the lemon and strawberry crunch waffles. Best waffles we’ve ever had. My boyfriend really enjoyed the chicken. Shoutout to Taco (I think that’s his name) he went above and beyond for us by giving my boyfriend one of his personal juices because the drink fountain was out. I also heard him tell a customer he would make him pancakes because he didn’t want waffles and didn’t want them to leave the establishment unhappy. Our server was also nice.
