Sitting in the car writing this review immediately after dinner, which is something I’ve never done so quickly. This place is a GEM. The impeccable/kind service, the quality of the food, and the inventiveness of the dishes (the salts/sauces used) blew my mind. I’ve had omakase in a hole in the wall in Kyoto that this truly rivaled. They are doing something so special here and I can’t WAIT to go back!
Highlights: The Yuzu Ginger margarita, On Your Mark old fashioned, O-Toro, and Hotate Aburi were instant favorites.

In a country where everyone gets 5 stars, NoriFish deserves 10.
Very legitimately a 5 star restaurant. The food, atmosphere, and staff couldn't be better. The balance between traditional sushi and modern flavor is phenomenal. I enjoyed this visit more than other sushi spots with a Michelin Star.

I was genuinely surprised by how fantastic everything was here. My friend and I started with the yuzu ponzu oysters, which were bright, fresh, and a perfect way to kick things off. We both had the premium omakase, and honestly, every single bite was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, but the otoro was the real standout and something I’m still dreaming about.
For the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience, you really can’t beat the value. I’ll definitely be back!

If you want omakase, definitely check out NoriFish. The prices are reasonable, and the food is great! Service here is also top notch. A lot of the dishes lean heavier on the citrusy side, and I think compliments the flavors. Even if you’re not a fan of citrusy dishes, I would still give them a try. It might change your perspective!

5 stars for the uni - alone. So clean. So fresh. No aftertaste at all. MP $30ish for 2 pieces. Incredible.
Ratings for all the others...see videos. First time doing a la carte, probably wouldn't do it again. Also ask them to put half the amount of sauce or on side. All the nigiri was practically swimming in ponzu soup lol My experiences with omakase were always amazing.

I love a great sushi restaurant, and had not tried this place on the edge of Sandy Springs and Dunwoody. A little tricky to find coming out of the parking garage, because it is on the lower level of a large apartment building, but it was definitely worth the trip. Excellent sushi and sashimi, expertly and artistically prepared. The fish was ultra fresh, very flavorful, and expertly cut. I did not get to try the Omakase, and instead ordered the Sashimi Moriawase, the Nigiri Tasting, and the outstanding mango sorbet. Great quality sushi and sashimi are not cheap, and this restaurant is spendy. If you want a good amount of sushi and/or sashimi, or some specialty dishes and a drink or two, you can expect to spend $100 per person or more. I would definitely come here again, and appreciated the subtle but interesting flavors paired with the nigiri selections. They do not bring soy sauce with your sushi and sashimi, as the chef has taken care to create interesting flavor profiles. My sashimi came with a trio of different Ponzu type sauces, which were tasty. If you want it though, you have only to ask for some soy sauce, which would then join the great pickled wasabi that they brought with the meal. This place is definitely worth your attention if you want an expertly curated Japanese dining experience. They have a number of premium Japanese whisky choices, and sake if you wish to partake.

Got a quick bite (the 6 piece chef’s choice nigiri) and it was phenomenal! I really liked the wasabi as well because it’s elevated from the basic wasabi served at other sushi restaurants. They do validate parking as well but I was in and out in 15 minutes.
