Can’t rate it. They do not have “smoking specific areas” Saturday afternoon, guys all sitting at the bar smoking. We walked in and walked out. Bummer, it looked cute, would have like to have tried it.

This place used to have giant wings, believe it or not. It's just continuously gone down hill. Maybe they switched owners, who knows, but after two chances the food has been horrible both times and I'm tired of overpaying for it. Please do better. We were served giant whole mushrooms instead of the cut and crispy ones like on the burger. Also did not receive any crispy onion straws as promised on my American burger. Finally, and the worst crime of them all, we paid for 6 wings and received four. And what happened to the giant wings?! $12 for 4 small wings is criminal. Straight to jail. Don't pass go, don't collect $200. I'm getting a refund.

The atmosphere inside was the best part. The service was terrible, being a server/bartender myself I still left over 20% tip, because we all have off days, right?? then she decided to change the tip to over 35%. I called spoke with the manager, he said he would look into it and call me back. Instead of returning my call he refunded my credit card the fraudulent amount.

Brandy knows all the regulars by name and attentive to each guests needs. The burgers are all winners, but don’t sleep on the wings
We went on for quick appetizers and a cocktail for Happy Hour. I went to the bar to tell the only employee I could find that we were there after no one came up to the Hostess Stand. We sat outside and after 15 minutes, we left because no one came out to take our order.

Our food was very good (BEAR Chicken sandwich and Fish Tacos). We had a large group and the servers worked hard and were friendly. My complaint is the Women's Bathroom. Dingy, faucet was litterly falling off the sink. The baby changing table is filthy. Please do better.
