I ordered from Shannon today over the phone as the website was a poor interface. As always, ordering for delivery by phone is an ordeal on both sides, but we got it done and I look forward to the happy reactions to my gift!

I would like to recognize a young lady by the name of Shannon at the Sandy Springs store. Upon entering I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me with my selections. So many yummy flavors to choose from! Good customer service is hard to find these days and should be acknowledged and appreciated.

I am out of state and ordered mini bundts for my mother’s birthday. We were having major communication issues on our end and this bakery made everything better! They delivered a second time after we got our act together and were so so nice about it! My mom loves the cakes and I will definitely order from them again. You should too!

Consistently tasty and moist cakes that are always a hit with the whole family. The ratio of frosting to cake is just right, even for me, who normally scrapes the frosting off my slice. I love that they have smaller sizes, too, which are perfect for all occasions.

Excellent cakes delivered twice this week. One to a work office high rise and the second to my home for my daughter’s surprise bday cake. Delivery was reliable, cakes perfect. We had the bundt tinis for the office and I can’t wait to send those to clients as gifts. Well done!

Khadijah has incredible customer service. Actually they all do. On this particular day I was having a really hard time and she helped make my day so much better. An absolute gem! They have the BEST cakes. Highly recommend

I love Nothing Bundt cakes but this particular location, the cakes are hit or miss. I’ve gotten too many stale, stiff cakes. I’ll drive a lil further going forward to get me a fresh moist cake.

Customer service is horrible here. She gives out 3 Bundt cakes for free bc she can’t take my $100 cash and instead of voiding out register she inconveniences me and gives others free Bundt cakes! Go in there and tie up both registers then have 3rd person go in and get free Bundt cakes! She gave one person 2 Bundt cakes and a 3rd person a free Bundt cake. While I am being in conscience bc she can’t take $100 bill but yet she was “counting down the other draw” and couldn’t cash my $100 bill! The hypocrisy! Smh

Great service! Extremely long wait just to get extra icing on the buntlet. Other than that it's a break location and great customer service.
