Husband and I stopped here for a quick meal this evening. We love poke bowls but this was not it. Must've been a terrible day or something. Ordered a poke bowl, poke burrito, Musubi and 2 drinks with classic boba. Turns out they can only do one with classic boba so I decided not to do any boba but they could not do refund. Then we got our poke and the rice was not cooked- it was hard and grainy- not edible. We just ate the protein and whatever we could and threw the rest away. We were disappointed. We did let one of the employee know about the rice. Not a good experience 😕.

I love pokeworks and a very big fan of this brand in SF/Arizona and while visiting Atlanta I went there and man this place is suck and not good from the customer service to even the manager of this place! So, I’ve asked the person that works who made my poke if I can get 4 of the seaweed sheet and I can pay for them, so she called the manager who wasn’t there in the store over the phone to get her permission of getting us the seaweed sheet :) then she told us that the manager said NO .
Avoid this location because they’re not welcoming and because of the cheap manager!

I got their huli chicken plate. It was really good. It came with a side of mac salad and green salad for only $12.90. The employees said it was new. Nice and friendly. Stop by to try it if you haven't had it.

It was just meh. Also the AC was broken so it was super hot inside. I’m giving this 1 star mainly because the reviews on this place are artificially inflated. They have signs that say if you rate it 5 stars they will give you a free drink which has to be against Googles TOS.
