There’s no such thing as “Israeli Salad” — nothing about this dish is uniquely Israeli. What’s often labeled as “Israeli Salad” is a clear case of culinary appropriation. The dish is a staple in Palestinian, Levantine, and broader Middle Eastern cuisine, made for generations long before the establishment of Israel. Its ingredients — chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, parsley, olive oil, and lemon — have been foundational to the diets of Arab communities across the region for centuries.
Rebranding it as “Israeli” not only erases its cultural origins but also contributes to the ongoing misrepresentation and erasure of Palestinian heritage. It’s important to call out this kind of appropriation and give credit where it’s due: to the indigenous people and cultures that have preserved and passed down this cuisine for centuries.

Add fans or bug ditterents. Also they are always out of the traditional dessert 😞
Food is good though.

Hummus and gyro were good, salad was soggy and not fresh. For the price, the salad shouldn't taste like it was made 2 days ago. Outdoor seating area was cute and comfortable

Very fresh, flavorful food. We enjoyed the seasoned fries and tabbouleh, as well as the sabich and falafel pita sandwiches. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back.

The food was delicious and the service was great. They need to do something about the bugs though. This place is a dine outside only in the summer there will be bugs. They do have umbrellas to offer shade.

I very much enjoyed my enjoyed my falafel wrap and the service was friendly!
I enjoy having sauce on it, however they put a lot on there. So it might be best to ask for it on the side.

First time here and def is our favorite shawarma spot! Super flavorful! Great portions! Amazing pita!!! Everything was yummy!!! 😋 Will be back!!! Parking situation is a bit odd but Chamblee does have a good amount of on street parking which is what we did.
Went for the first time last week to order the family meal. It was fabulous - incredible portions for my family of 5 and everyone loves the variety of schwarma, falafel, grilled chicken rice, Israeli salad, tahini and yoghurt dip and dessert. The food was fabulous! Will defin be back at least weekly.

Some of the worst middle eastern food that I’ve even tried. It’s a disgrace to the entire Middle East to call this place middle eastern, food was not good and service was terrible. Never coming back and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

What a surprising discovery. A “food truck” or more accurately a restaurant in a container in the middle of the parking lot, with excellent food.
The Gyro plate was delicious!

Honestly its an insane take to claim "features a menu of traditional Israeli dishes- falafel, shawarma, hummus, tabouli" considering none of these are traditional Israeli dishes. Considering Isreal is 76 years old its disgusting to claim dishes that have countless years of history as Israeli, its honestly just furthering Palestinian and Arab erasure. Do better.
Tasty food, excellent service.
