Food was excellent, fish and chips, bangers, and mash – although be sure to ask for the latter to be hot. Beer selection OK, will expect a British fob to have a proper cask ale.

A fine neighborhood bar, service has always been bomb. I have not eaten there but I would and drink prices are normal which is hard to find sometimes.

Such a cute bar! I just moved closed by and I love having a good bar near my place! The drinks and food are good. Bust expect bar food! The bartenders are all super nice. And recently I found out they have open mic on Monday nice! Amazing!!

Service and atmosphere were nice but the portions are very small and overpriced.

This is the gay bar in Sandy Springs. Run by a squirmy Alabama grad who has turned it into a place for he and the "sisters". Good for them, but not for guys like me.

Food was really great and depending on the day, the bartenders were really friendly and welcoming.

The best little dive bar in the city. If you're a night owl there is open mic comedy Monday nights 11pm to 1amGreat prices on drafts AND cocktails. Kurtis, Alex, and Rich are an amazing staff

Drove over there from East Cobb, during normal business hours, just to find they were closed

Definitely a local's pub. Reminds me of bars in Ireland (I know it is British). Dark, quiet, and peaceful. The bartender was attentive but not intrusive. This pub needs a little updating and a good cleanse, otherwise a nice place for a pint.

I been living in the Sandy Springs area for over two year and just now have tried this spot and was not disappointed. One key amazing thing i experienced was the customer service. I came in alone and the bartender was so nice and just had a vibe that you met her before and just a sweet girl. I want to say her name was Ally or something. But she was a gem! And the other blonde young lady as well. Super sweet. I was very proud to see her cut off some guy who was super drunk and she politely told him I'm so sorry I can't serve you any more tonight for your safety. And I was so happy and proud to see that. I mean so often bartenders don't care, but I loved to see it. I tried the hot lemon pepper tenders and fries and it was super tasty. I licked the plate clean lol thanks for my experience

Came in on a Sunday afternoon, slow but everyone was friendly and the vibe was welcoming. I loved the low lighting and genuine pub atmosphere. Amanda was our bartender and was perfect, I got a Jameson mule, my friend got an Old Fashioned both were really well made. Amanda recommended the bangers and mash which were so good I almost licked the plate clean. The bangers were nice and crispy and the mashed potatoes tasted so homey and comforting and the brown gravy with caramelized onions really brought the whole dish together. 10/10 from me and I'm picky with my mashed potatoes and gravy! It had the peels in it so you know it's not that instant crap. Perfectly salted and peppered too! This place is definitely worth checking out with the awesome atmosphere and great food. Looked like they had a good beer selection too! I am already looking forward to my next visit here!

As always, having a great time here at Ship & Anchor! Rich and his wife Natasha, along with Ashley and Curtis are four of the best bartenders this side of Atlanta! Ship & Anchor is located in Sandy Springs just north of the perimeter line. This is absolutely been my number one bar since I moved down here in 2016. I love the camaraderie, knowledge of what is on tap, and the food is absolutely delicious.

Stopped by for a late lunch and had the British Cuban. The fries were great. It wasn't bad it just didn't do it for me.
