Stan was amazing and so welcoming but shame on you Smoothie King as a corporation for not fixing the pay pad so I could tip Stan for his services. I find it funny that the tip options don't work but the "skip" button does. He was so humble about it. Do better for your employees!

Extremely disappointing experience. This was my first time visiting this location, and I felt completely unwelcome. The staff member I interacted with was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to assist with my questions about the products. His lack of communication and passive attitude made me feel brushed off rather than valued as a customer. As someone new to the area, this is not the kind of experience I expected. Unfortunately, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. As a publicist based in Atlanta, I will also be addressing this with corporate to ensure better customer service standards are upheld.

When I walked into Smoothie King, I was greeted with an unfriendly attitude from one of the employees. Despite the store being empty, I had to wait five minutes at the counter just to place my order. To make matters worse, they were low on inventory and didn’t have oat milk, which I prefer in my smoothie. I left the store with my craving still unmet. Overall, the customer service was disappointing. 👎🏾

My smoothie was tasteless. I get the same thing every time. When I went back to tell the person that worked in there, he gave me every reason to why it should taste right instead of just offering to make it over. I’m over this Smoothie King. I will never be back.
