Smoothie tastes like water. Second time experiencing a poor quality smoothie after calling ahead both times to make sure it’s made correctly. Clearly they don’t care. Never coming here again.

I had a very pleasant experience this morning at Smoothie King. I did not catch the man’s name that was the barista but he was so nice and very pleasant. I didn’t know what I wanted and he suggested things and actually made my morning better with his positive attitude.

Megan and NK were very helpful! My friend had just gotten out of the hospital and couldn't eat anything too heavy, and they added enhancers specifically to help her!

Friday 8/25 around 10:45 am. I placed my order with the male employee and paid by credit card that prompted me for a tip. I gave 15% as I usually do at restaurants. So the expectation was set. A male customer behind me paid for an order but did not leave a tip. The same male employee asked him in a direct manner why he didn’t leave a tip. The customer defensively and loudly replied that he’s a delivery driver and does not receive tips for his work, so he does not tip at fast food. I did not stick around to hear the response. I feel additional training is required for the male employee.Had he done that to me I would have asked for a refund for the order and walked out. I was satisfied with the service provided by the female employee and enjoyed my smoothie.

Good to the last stop. Give me something with coffee and no bananas. Somehow, that's banana just throws out off for me. Love fresh bananas. Love them on pancakes. Just not in my smoothie. So good and cold. Sucked it up before I got home. Oh, I used the app and points!

The customer service from the tall guy is trash. He asks “pickup or ordering” and then rolls his eyes and walks away no matter how you answer. The other employee had to answer for him the other day and I had to ask twice for a straw because he tried to just walk away in handing me my drink. Don’t charge $10 for shakes if you’re going to ignore the customers you don’t feel like helping. Trash.
