I've been to Smoothie twice this week at this location, and both times had different ladies help me with my drinks, and they were both great and very kind and quick with orders. The lady I saw today was especially overwhelmed with people in line, and she still kept a smile and a great attitude. Highly recommend this location!

Plus, the smoothies are DELICIOUS!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Vanessa during my visit today, and I just have to say, she is an absolute gem! Not only did she help me choose the perfect smoothie tailored to my taste, but she did so with such warmth and care. Her friendly and attentive demeanor made the whole experience delightful. Vanessa truly stands out for her exceptional customer service skills ,
she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help.

If I were her employer, I would absolutely give her a raise. Her dedication to providing the best possible service is something rare, and it's clear that she takes pride in what she does. I attempted to order at the window after waiting in line behind one other car. Before I even approached the window, the cashier screamed “yes? what can I get for you?” after slamming her hands down on the window pane. Crazy approach to customer service but sadly not worth staying and ordering through.

September 29, 2024…OMG!!! I just left this place and what a DISAPPOINTMENT‼️‼️The cashier was rude, rushing me and my husband! We haven’t been here in a while so we were a lil undecided on the smoothie we usually get!! After getting our smoothie IT HAD NO FLAVOR!! Too bad I had to be somewhere and couldn’t turn around to get a better one or my money back!! DO BETTER LADIES!! I understand we have bad days!! But you don’t have to be rude to paying customers!!

I am writing this review as an apology to the staff at this location. They WERE rude and dismissive but, I also could gave de-escalated the situation and just drove away. It looked like they were already stressed and I didn’t mean to cause more. Moving forward I am aware of the policies regarding app orders. I doubt I will come back to this location but, I wanted to apologize for MY behavior

Apparently this young lady working at this Smoothie King has been an issue before based on the other comments. This is not the only time I have received poor customer service and a poor smoothie from this location. I understand working by yourself and having to fill orders but why is my smoothie half-blended?! Then, when I went inside to ask her to blend it more, she remained in the back and did not come out. I don’t understand why people get a job and don’t want to do it correctly. The blender does the work for you! There is no excuse for a smoothie with CHUNKS of ingredients in it! It’s a SMOOTHIE!!

Went today with my wife to grab some smoothies. Kahliyaah was incredibly rude after she made a mistake. We ordered a Strawberry Lemon Twist but Kahliyaah rang up a Strawberry Kiwi. These things happen and they have similar names. Sometimes things can get mixed up. She did not tell us our order back to confirm what we ordered. Instead she asked is that all and pulled us through. We caught this mistake on the receipt and asked that it was fixed. Instead of remaking the order, she instead said "Well I asked" (when she did not) There was no attempt of fixing the mistake and she just looked at us. Come on now. We hadn't pulled off and came back later. We didn't drink it and go I don't like this. My wife didn't even fully take the drink from her hands. There's making a mistake and then there's refusing to fix it. Why should I just have to accept their mistake?
Don't think I'll be back to this location again.
Can't wait to get the same non-answer, automated reply that everyone else is given that does nothing to rectify the situation.

Place is rarely in full operation. Either isn’t accepting card or is putting out one smoothie every 20 mins. It’s crazy that they’re still in business.

I tried to give this location another chance but honestly it’s a waste of time and money. I originally stopped going to this one because of the horrible customer service and never being able to get anything because they are always out of product. I tried a smoothie bowl today and it was a huge soupy mess. I live not more than 5 mins away and when I got home, I had to freeze my bowl before i could enjoy it. There was way too much acai base, not enough fruit and barely any granola. Never been so disappointed. I could go on and on about the location appearance the customer service, and the overall food but honestly, it’s not worth it . So don’t waste your time honestly . Go to the location in dunwoody or just pick another smoothie shop to go to. Waste of $12 . Waste of gas.
