Went in today for a quick bowl. Is was fast and friendly service. If you’re looking for a good lunch their Açai bowls are the way to go. So filling!

Ordered simple, on menu items, no add ons, nothing special. Get to the window to pay, the girl working asks “will you be tipping today?” Which is not how you go about getting a tip. It then takes longer than usual (the location was not busy, and there were 3 people on shift) for just 1 of the smoothies, and the cup wasn’t even filled up anywhere close to “full” there was a good 2 inches of empty cup between the liquid and the lid. I mention to, who I think is, the manager, that there’s a significant amount of smoothie missing from my cup, and he has the girl remake, or make more, or whatever he has her do. I then receive my smoothie, and the worker says, “is that good for you?” While I’m looking at an obviously full cup. The question was unnecessary. We receive the remade first smoothie, and it’s a full cup, however, it is much more runny as if they just added liquid to the cup and re blended it. The worker again, “is that good for you?” Overall, my experience wasn’t all that bad, but my girlfriend’s was, and the attitude from the workers simply being asked to do their job, and expecting a tip before I even got my smoothies was very off putting.

Literally with no line expect to wait 15-20 minutes for them to make your single smoothie , genuinely wonder what they’re doing to your food…. Employees are all nasty too

The lack of customer friendliness of the 2 ppl working on 10/21/25 at 4:13 pm will be the reason I never come to this location again. I went in with upbeat energy, speaking like I always do, and they dryly asked what my order was. After they made my bowl, I then had to ask for a spoon as none was given or offered. Bowl was good. Welcoming energy was lacking.

The place has a funny smell and the bottom shelf where some of the cups were stocked was dirty. The ladies are nice too, but I had to look at the store score before I purchased anything. I got the vegan something and I asked for what was left in the blender… hell, I paid for it.
Honestly the best smoothie king experience I've ever had. Whoever was working there on 9/5/25 was great. Only guy working and super chill, getting things done efficiently, and still had time for small friendly chats with the customers. 5/5 service. 👏🍍

Deontae always makes my smoothies perfectly. I hate to go anywhere else. There’s also a lady and another guy that work here who are also very nice and they work well as team. This is my favorite spot because I can drive up.

Of all the other branches I've been to Rahsaan make the best smoothies I've ever had without fail each and evertime I visit this location along with top tear customer service from the staff there as well.
