As far as starsbucks goes the experience was just ok. The chairs cushions are nasty with over use. The bathrooms are exhausted. The staff didn't ask if I wanted whipped cream. No up sell or suggestions. I visited the store at 11am. There was no apparent manager.
This is a small Starbucks but it has fast service and mostly kind people. The parking is terrible with barely enough space to handle the morning crowd, but they do have a drive-through. I have never got a bad custom drink there and it is unfortunate that they don't have a better flow situation off of Roswell Rd. You can't legally reach them unless you drive into the Prado shopping ctr. That's a pain in the butt. So basically access/parking is 2 stars and quality...
Certain drinks are overpriced. I got several shots of espresso so I don't get hit up for the 5.00 plus calorie sugar saturated unhealthy costs. Service at drivethru ones tends to be much quicker. Went into a non drive thru one 3 weeks ago at 2 in the afternoon, no one in front of me. One drink took them 9 minutes to make. Seriously 9 minutes. It was not a special request either.
