Honestly I only come here since it’s less than five minutes away. The service is always so mid I debate why I ever go back. The male employee with the curly hair and glasses has never once smiled or greeted me. He’s usually the only one working and his obvious distaste for being at work always makes me uncomfortable as I know he’d rather be doing anything else than speaking to or assisting me. The reason for my 2 star review though is for my experience yesterday. I came in for an iced peach green tea with an extra pump of sweetener which is what I always order and the lady at the register had head phones in and was on the phone and when I gave her my order I heard her say to the person she was speaking to on the phone in Spanish “There’s so many people here!” She was clearly annoyed and didn’t realize I understood her complaining but this was a minor detour in my negative experience. What really upset me was that because she had headphones in and was on the phone she got my order wrong. She hadn’t asked if I wanted lemonade and I didn’t ask for it but the other man who works there who’s always upset made me a peach green tea lemonade and when I told them that wasn’t what I had ordered the lady on the phone loudly goes “BRUH” Like it was my fault she had messed up my order and I said something. I noticed when they did remake my order I didn’t get the extra pump of sweetener I asked for, but I was already so upset by the experience I just left. Really upsetting as my drink was $7+

Wasn’t open until 10 am today. One employee. Didn’t take long to figure out it was going to take forever so I just left.

I have never in my life of getting Starbucks in 30 years. Have I waited in drive-through for a hour for one coffee? I understand it was busy but you might want to consider hiring more people because it’s very frustrating having to wait in line that long for a coffee. And the drive-through set up is horrible. I had to get out of my car a few times to tell people to stop cutting in line.

I spot here daily otw to the hospital because I'm a nurse I work 12s. Since I would say the beginning of April I see they are better staffed but omg my order has been wrong everytime. From cold sandwiches to salted Carmen drinks with so much salt I had to throw it away. I complained once they just apologized and sent me omy. I complained a second time she gave me a gift card but guess what it was only 2 cents on the gift card. Then I explained that to the server the next time I went so he gave me my drink for free. I'm so happy I didn't pay for it bc it had so much salt in it I had to throw it a way. I hate complaining but I spend so much money there to continously get my order wrong and the non pleasant employees is horrible. I wish the other staff was back they were short but I couldn't tell from their actions only when they would be closed because of no staff. But my order was always perfect she even knew me and my order nu heart from my voice. I'm happy yall staffed but im not impressed. I'm currently looking for a new location that's convenient on my way to work.

Out of cups and massively understaffed, whoever is the manager they need to be replaced with someone more competent in handling staff and ordering supplies.
