I have never in my life of getting Starbucks in 30 years. Have I waited in drive-through for a hour for one coffee? I understand it was busy but you might want to consider hiring more people because it’s very frustrating having to wait in line that long for a coffee. And the drive-through set up is horrible. I had to get out of my car a few times to tell people to stop cutting in line.

I spot here daily otw to the hospital because I'm a nurse I work 12s. Since I would say the beginning of April I see they are better staffed but omg my order has been wrong everytime. From cold sandwiches to salted Carmen drinks with so much salt I had to throw it away. I complained once they just apologized and sent me omy. I complained a second time she gave me a gift card but guess what it was only 2 cents on the gift card. Then I explained that to the server the next time I went so he gave me my drink for free. I'm so happy I didn't pay for it bc it had so much salt in it I had to throw it a way. I hate complaining but I spend so much money there to continously get my order wrong and the non pleasant employees is horrible. I wish the other staff was back they were short but I couldn't tell from their actions only when they would be closed because of no staff. But my order was always perfect she even knew me and my order nu heart from my voice. I'm happy yall staffed but im not impressed. I'm currently looking for a new location that's convenient on my way to work.

This is the second time I'm charged for the syrups I ask for and I don't get what I paid for. My latte has 0 of the flavor I asked for. Second time. No need for money back or whatever. Im still drinking it, but seriously do better. Like what? That's so annoying. I look forward to my drink. Don't make it taste like trash please and thanks.

I have not met a Starbucks I didn't like! There is something to say about consistency! The coffee never disappoints. The staff at this store were very nice. Food is ok at Starbucks. I only wish it wasn't pre-made and microwaved. It is disappointing to see the employee to rip open a package of the pre made item that should be fresh. Thankfully I only get coffee!

Out of cups and massively understaffed, whoever is the manager they need to be replaced with someone more competent in handling staff and ordering supplies.

Friendly staff. The best baristas by far. Tho very busy gets people in and out quickly. Closes at 8pm daily.
