If you’re ever near sandy Springs area and craving a plant-based bite that actually fills you up, STRIVE FOODS is a must-visit. My family and I rolled through recently and ordered The Big Joe—a full-on vegan spread with a hearty omelette and some generous hashbrowns on the side. When I say this was a real meal, I mean it. No skimpy plates or light bites—we left full and satisfied.
The omelette was packed, seasoned right, and the hashbrowns had that crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside vibe that’s hard to get right, especially without animal products. STRIVE nailed it.
But beyond the food, the ambience was what truly made the experience. The vibe inside is eclectic in the best way—think vibrant artwork, chill music, and an energy that feels like community. You don’t just eat there—you belong there.
As a vegan family, it’s not every day we find a spot that checks all the boxes: flavor, portion size, and environment. STRIVE FOODS did just that. 💚

I’ve been looking for more vegan shops/restaurants to add to my list of go-tos, and this one made the list with ease. It’s a nice little shop, and Lauren was kind and attentive. The Enchilada Quesadillas were part of the Taco Tuesday discount, so I ate those there and took some sliders to go. The quesadillas were fresh and flavorful. I like that just about everything (including the feta crumbles) is made in house. I’m a vegan and allergic to most tree nuts; it was smooth sailing. It was also actually my birthday, and my experience at Strive Foods added a spark to a somewhat average weekday. I’ll definitely be back.

I first visited this place when it was in a small location next to the Springs movie theater. Every time I’m in this area, I try to stop by. I’m so happy they’re continuing to grow and their food is always fresh, full of flavor and amazing.

Tried several dishes over the last 2 days and did not disappoint. My favorites are: Mexican pizza (liked the gluten free crust a lot), taco’s are not to be missed, kale caeser salad (the home made dressing is super tasteful) and last but not least: the butta fingers (bars of cornflakes, peanut butter, maple syrup and coated with dark chocolate… speaks for itself). Super friendly service. Wished I had a vegan take away place like this back home

Everything in the cafe is vegan. We had an incredible veggie salad with a house dressing. We had delicious tacos and incredible quesadillas. The raspberry/ apple crumble was devine. And the house turmeric tea hit the spot! Pictures below. The shop has tons of other sweets, soups, and savouries. Cannot recommend strongly enough! And Lauren and Claudine made us feel right at home and welcome. Thanks to both. #Veganuary
