Absolutely brutal employee today not smart enough to process a coupon for 6.49 since he was so clueless had to leave fresh made sandwich for him or trash didn't try to get supervisor help said coupons wasn't valid it was valid set to expire October 2025 no effort He's costing you money won't be back

Cant find NEGATIVE stars, had to give the lowest(1 star) for service. The staff is not at all friendly and they dont even treat customers with respect.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. Initially, I thought it was just one staff member having a bad day, but after interacting with other employees, I noticed the same rude and indifferent attitude. There’s a noticeable lack of basic politeness and courtesy.

Probably one of the worst Subway I have ever been. I should have to check the reviews. I asked for steak sandwich, half of the spoon was empty, when I asked, guy said management told him to do it like that so they can charge extra spoon, I don’t know how subway let these people franchise their name and ruin their reputation.

Elario is a great attendant, he speaks English, Spanish and tried to speak Portuguese, my primary language. Clean environment with happy people working. I like that.
Horrible!!! I ordered a sandwich there for the second time ( should’ve been done with them after the first) but I ordered on my lunch break which tells you I’m in a time crunch. I order for pick up and paid for avocados to be added on, and no LTO. I get my sandwich there’s no avocado, and LTO.. the lady on the phone says she did put the avocado on it but of course there isn’t any.. LOL. Then the manager proceeds to tell me in order for me to get a refund I have to go out of my way and show them the sandwich. So they want a sandwich back that’s gonna be sitting for 5 more hours from when I get off work to prove I can get a refund??? A JOKE! it’s $13.00 just give me the damn money. A waste of my time and I should’ve known not to go back after they didn’t put the avocado on the last sandwich which I did pay extra for btw.. SMH. I wanna give zero stars so bad right now cause now I’m at work with no lunch hungry 😒
