I placed an online order to pickup on my way home and the sandwiches were not made correctly. I called the store to explain that my sandwiches were not made correct and the lady on the phone said she made them...so she knows they were right...and pretty much said what do you want me to do about it. She allowed me to speak to the manager and he did offer to remake one of the two sandwiches that were wrong, but they both pretty much accused me of not being honest about what I received. I work in the bldg 5 mins away and I will not spend another dollar there. I will also tell the rest of my co-workers the same.

Ordered online and they packed sandwiches with no cheese- not even toasted. Plus the attitude s. Complained to corporate but no response.
I am not buying from subway anymore. Better buy a deli sandwich from 7 eleven or a grocery store. Deleted the app. Bye bye subway.

The reviews speak for themselves. They refused to Toast one of my three sandwiches. Just because I didn’t specify on the online order for that ONE ahead of time. Rude, terrible customer service skills. I wish I had checked the reviews before coming. The portion sizes where 2/3 what ever the strict control stores give. This is an embarrassment for Subway. There needs to be a corporate review and overhaul at this location.

I was food poisoned in a Subway in a different state, and here I only tried to explain to the young lady about cross-contamination and asked her to wash your hands before she placed on her gloves???? She had to constantly do things in between making my Subway??? I purchased because they were only place open near me? She appeared to have an attitude addressing me her customer????? She was short with the dark hair and working the very late shift, almost at closing.....

Do not know if this will do any good. Ordered multi grain club with no tomatoes. Received Italian bread club with tomatoes.

Manager said they were out of multigrain and that substituted Italian bread.

I am type 2 diabetic and the bread he gave me is bad for my blood sugar. If I had not already paid would have walked away.

Horrible customer service I ordered two subs from the app buy one get one free I wanted something to eat before work when I opened up the bag and took a bite of my sandwich I tasted nothing but salt I called up to the store I couldn’t bring it back because I’m at work right now I tried to explain everything to the girl that picked up she hung up on me I can’t even eat the sandwich the salt gives me a headache tomorrow I’m calling corporate after reading the reviews do not eat here and also I’m missing items from my sandwich like cucumbers tomatoes cheese etc do not eat here

As soon as I walked in the sandwich maker yells out to me, “ I’m having problems right now!” I said, excuse me? She says, “ I’m having problems right now. The computer is not working. I’m not taking any more customers.” She could have at least greeted me before yelling that she was having problems and closing the store early.

Poor service. The lady has an attitude. Adds toppings as if she’s feeding birds. Bread was stale. Regret having lunch here. Can see now in comments about similar experience for previous customers. Extremely poor and distasteful.
