I don’t usually write reviews for fast food but I feel like the manager here needs to be praised. I was under the weather, ok hung over, and went in to place my order. The self service kiosk gave me a slight bit of trouble trying to order a meal for my fat a$$. An employee on her break helped me and I was very appreciative of that and made it known to the manager working. He also went out of his way to thank her. Outside of Chikfila, you don’t get service that you are impressed with but the manager here hired and has trained great employees.
I dont know where all these bad reviews come from. I dont know if its management change or what. I'll just say this is my favorite Taco Bell and I pass like 3 others to just to come to this one. All my visits have been the best experiences at a taco bell. Always greeted with friendly faces and great services. Especially the girl who works the cashier and gets drinks. And not just her all the way down to the food preppers it's always been a happy experience. This spot has become the taco bell in Atlanta that ill come to if I can help it.
I had gotten off work and wanted something quick to eat. I got to this taco bell and was told at the speaker to wait a moment. I wait for 8ish minutes while there is no one ahead of me I ask if they were ready. The workers said and I quote “Nah you can wait 5 more minutes.” I head about 3 people laughing on the other end of the speaker. Suffice to say I will not be returning.

Ordered food on DoorDash two nights ago. Woke up yesterday with a scratch in my throat. This morning I was in urgent care testing positive for strep throat with a 101 fever. The kicker? I have been on bed rest since 12/1 recovering from surgery and have not seen a soul in person. I suspect mishandling of food without gloves, coughing in the food as it was made, and employees made to come in even though they’re sick. This is the single reason I could think of as to how I am Strep positive without contact with another person. Strep can live on food and be spread through food. Don’t eat here unless you want a random illness.
