This place is SO cozy. I come here almost EVERYDAY to do homework. The people working here are always so kind and will bring you out your drink ( Though I've said there's no need they do so anyways )
The food is always fresh so if Im feeling peckish as I work I know I can always count on them for a great pickme up. A little basic but the Thai Tea they have here is so amazing and the Boba is nice and squishy. Though I would recommend the pearls for anyone who likes fruity kind of tea. This place is wonderful and the prices ain't even half bad. I would recommend this place to anyone. Family, friends or even someone who just needs a place to relax as they provide calm instrumental music throughout your time there
Parking: Most parking is right out front for a nice dine in experience
Kid-friendliness: Has a nice couch and lovely atmosphere for the kids
Wheelchair accessibility: It has a spacious ramp for any kind of wheelchair!

Such a cute little tea shop! Stop in for a Boba tea and pull up to a table to get some work done. As a first timer here, I tried one of their specialty drinks, the strawberry matcha! Additional toppings such as Boba are an additional $.75 but I was informed my specialty drink already came with Boba, yay! With tax this ran me $8. Loved the whipped matcha topping and the boba, but the strawberry part was a bit on the sweet side for me. Maybe next time I will inquire about a less sugary option. Will be back!

I came here mid day during the week btwn appts. I was able to enjoy a hot chocolate and a turkey croissant, both were really good. The turkey croissant was toasted.
I was able to do some work on my laptop. There was an outlet, if I needed and was a quiet atmosphere, with nice music to work in.
They also have cold drink, which I plan to try next time.

Really great boba. I am a regular and I’ve loved Teamo. The tea is amazing and this is some of the best I’ve tried in Atlanta. However, there have been multiple issues I’ve encountered at different times. First, customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll get great people taking your order/making the drinks. Sometimes you’ll get people that are a little unfriendly. My last straw happened to be when I got there 5 mins after they opened. No one was in the store yet, and a worker arrived after me. I brushed it off because things happen, but when I went to order, they said that it will take 45 mins for the boba and the tea. As someone who has worked 7+ years in the food and drink industry, it’s unprofessional to not have your items prepped during opening hours. If it takes 45 mins to prep, then show up 45 mins before opening to prep for the day or even better- push the time that you open out an hour. I love this place and I want to see it succeed, but there are things that can be improved.

The service here has gone incredibly downhill. Today we came in and were not greeted. When we finally were able to place an order, the girl behind the counter was not friendly or pleasant. After placing the order, she drank her own drink and played on her phone about ten minutes while completely ignoring us as we sat there waiting for the drink. After at least 15 minutes, she gave us the drinks with no smile, no straws. I asked if we could have straws and she pointed behind me, where there were no straws left. Then she played on her phone for about two more minutes before giving us straws. I won’t be coming back here. The tea is good but with service that rude and disrespectful, I’ll go elsewhere. You’ve just lost two loyal customers.
I love Teamo so much. The tea and boba are great, plus the vibe is super warm and welcoming.

The boba looks amazing and the store has a great feel. Regarding the boba they fill the cup from top to bottom with ice and give you 1 cup of actual tea. And there should be more of an explanation of what the toppings are and what is available. Recommendation is to lay off all the ice. This isn't 7/11 I did not order a boba ice with tea toppings.

The place are so cute but the smell is awful…. Fabulous, floor stickers, like a gummy because of fabulous products for cleaning which the bathroom are disgusting dirty and no toilet paper. They just opened and means they didn’t clean at all yesterday.I drove so far and get so disappointed.Please clean this place

Tried their match milk tea with boba and summer special Triple Purple tea with ice cream and boba. We did really love it! The ambience is warm and cozy for people who loves to enjoy their tea while being quite. I would definitely recommend it!!

Really wanted to like this place. I ordered a hot tea (the circulation). The cashier had absolutely no knowledge on the teas - none. A bit disappointing. I asked her about flavor profiles of the teas as they had a bunch of herbs and ingredients I wasn’t as familiar, she had no clue. I asked another question what I thought would be more simple: are hot teas premade or do you measure the herbs/ingredients, and she didn’t know that either. Meanwhile, immediately after I asked, I noticed the tea bags (premade) in a jar behind her ??♀️Also, the photos make you think you would have a mini kettle and tea ware - nope, none of that. I asked if they had ceramic / glassware as I was dining in, and she said they didn’t, paper ware ??
