The Dogwood Kitchen is located inside Mutation Brewery. While the bar service is stellar, the kitchen has been rough recently. Tonight was the third night in a row I’ve ordered food and waited an hour, only to be told my order was lost or not put it…The food is only okay, and for the price not worth the wait. Staff are nice, but going forward I won’t be ordering food.

Welllll !! We were going to Buffalo Wild Wings but saw this place on the road and decided to give it a try! Why not?They have all sorts of drinking games and playing cards to occupy your mind and time while hanging out.The space is huge with a rooftop and different rooms for events I guess.Kids and Dogs are allowed here in the brewery also but still it was ok for a date game night. Shrugs?I feel weird around drinking parents and kids in a bar .. go figure?Good beer! My Glass wasn’t iced/chill but oh well?. Great customer service too but you can’t place your food order with a person, therefore it’s hard to substitute or make special arrangements to your food prior to receiving it after you order via QR code.The food: Buffalo Chicken Dip. Yummy 8/10 blue cheese crumbles bussin!Hot wings . Huge, not seasoned to my liking at all, kind of bland to be honest but a good quality of poultry for sure! The Ranch and Blue Cheese dipping sauce were both bussin!I would prefer to have been able to tell the waitress how I like my wings and and maybe even an order of fries?Maybe I’ll try again in the spring when the rooftop opens.

The Dogwood Kitchen is located inside Mutation Brewing. I’ve had the chicken tenders multiple times in the past, and most recently had the three taco option. Unfortunately, it did not dawn on me at the time to take a picture of the food. The tacos are excellent and for $10 you get quite a bit. I needed a fork to eat the extra meat that fell out. Both the chicken and beef are great, but the chicken stands out as the best. You can choose the number of beef and chicken tacos you want when ordering online, which is nice. The tenders can be a smidge dry at times, but you get a ton of them and it’s a very filling meal…the dipping sauce can also take the dry edge off the tenders too. This place is a huge upgrade over the BBQ place that used to be located in Mutation. My girlfriend would pass on Mutation Brewing at times in the past because she also wanted food, but thanks to The Dogwood Kitchen she no longer does that.Parking: Lots of spots. Additional parking nearby too.

The food here is amazing you can try anything on the menu from tacos to burgers it’s all great and full of flavor! It’s rare to get a kitchen that cares, they are coming out checking on orders months after being open! Great beer and great food options! Desert tip try the bread pudding and s’more cake!!!!!

The food here at Dogwood kitchen was the absolute best!! I am telling you, it’s a diamond in the ruff. It’s located inside of Mutation Brewery. Everything is homemade. They pay attention to every single detail of the food , the flavor layers are outstanding! And their steak quesadillas are out of this world, as are the chicken wings. The garlic Parmesan chicken wings are in must try!! can’t say enough about this place!! There used to be a Barbeque restaurant.. new vendor, amazing chef.. so friendly!!

Glad that Mutation Brewing has a great food option!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian burger, salad, and appetizer options.Dietary restrictions: There are vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and diary free options.Parking: There are 80 parking spaces onsite with an additional overflow lot with hundreds of parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Many options for kids and adults alike.Wheelchair accessibility: The entire space is wheelchair accessible other than the rooftop bar.
