Everything was good and Jeff was a great server except I realized over a week later when looking back at the receipt we were charged for a drink none of us ordered. Sad about that but the food and drinks we did get were delicious.

DO NOT BOOK THE ROOFTOP BEFORE 5, they will not have the holiday drinks available until then. We booked a 2:15 rooftop reservation, the reservation was not transparent about the holiday drinks not being available. Disappointed.

We called two days ago asking if they did reservations they said no. We come in today and find out they do take reservations. The only seat they had was open for 1 hour. They were short and unhelpful, I’m glad we didn’t spend my graduation dinner here!

My friend and I had a reservation for 2:45 pm on 12/14/24. Not only did they reach out the evening prior to let us know that our reservation on the 15th (incorrect date) would be moved to the “heated” rooftop in the middle of December due to a private party, a rude gentleman in a purple shirt turned my friend away by telling her seating was cut off because she arrived at 3:03. In the email she received the night prior it stated that there was a 15-20 minute grace period for them to hold your table for reservations. My friend also reached out to let the restaurant know we were running late. The gentleman who turned her away did so in a very belittling way and we didn’t feel the need to remind him of the 15-20 minute grace period stated in the restaurant policy. We will simply never dine here again. If you want good service, try another restaurant.

Wish I could have my $100 back. Used to be so good but food was soggy and cold, staff was impatient and rude and the restaurant was dead, which is reflective of how bad it’s gotten here.

We had our company holiday party at Tre Vele & I cannot say enough good things. Everything was spot on from the coordinator, to the service team to the food. The meatballs & Cacio e Pepe Cheese wheel are a must. The Filet was cooked perfectly & was mouth melting. What a fantastic spot & will absolutely return.
Service was okay, really slow to get our food order, bring food and check us out. Food was pretty good, seems like the add on chicken was burnt. Probably won't be going back.

It is a great place that I could return to many more times. The delicious food, the first-class service and the warmth of the restaurant is beautiful
We went specifically for the table-side Cacio e Pepe experience, and it was such a treat! Watching the pasta being mixed in the cheese wheel was really fun, and the dish itself was delicious. They only offer this service on Tuesday nights, so definitely plan for a Tuesday visit if you want to try it.
I added shrimp to mine, which was perfectly cooked and added a nice salty contrast, I thought the pasta itself could have used a little more salt. My sister opted for chicken with hers, and it was fantastic—probably some of the best chicken I’ve had anywhere.
We also tried the honey whipped ricotta, which was absolutely amazing. Creamy, slightly sweet, and so flavorful—I could eat it every day. Overall, it was a great dining experience and one I’d happily do again!

It was my mom birthday… The restaurant is beautiful, the food was ok, we ordered the caccio e Pepe and the fettuccine, the fettuccine was with no flavor, I think it could be better if the server could actually come we could ordered more Parmesan or something. The servers weren’t present at all, the food runners were more helpful than them, we came at 3 pm and it was empty the place
