Not pleased at all. I have this specific location a try for the first time. The young lady preparing the to go/mobile orders was confused. The what appeared to be the manager came from the back without washing his hands to assist his team and proceeded to rinse the pitchers for smoothies. Granted he helped out and got the line down. However! My salad had hair in it and I called four times to get a resolution and it kept going to voicemail. I spent $24 on lunch here and to be greeted with hair in my salad was disgusting. I’m unable to go back due to me being on my lunch break. I’d like a resolution asap. Thanks.

By the time I got to the car and started eating… I noticed there was a very thin layer of yogurt… so I go right back inside and ask for another scoop of yogurt. I mean who wants a bowl of just toppings. I went inside and asked for another scoop of yogurt just to even it up. And it seemed like such a big deal. I even offered to pay an extra dollar… she couldn’t find it in the computer … said this ONE TIME she’ll make an exception … like wait what?? lol . She then took forever to go all the way in the back to get me one scoop… at least 3 minutes… long story shirt I didn’t even eat it. And I won’t be going back.

Love the smoothies and food from here! The sweet lady is always so welcoming when I arrive. My favorite smoothies are the Bahama Mama, Beach Bum, and Detox Island Green! Give this place a try! :)

Ordered this morning with my coworker to only see my sandwich that I order for lunch look like this with spoiled meat & they still made the sandwich anyway. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I love ordering the juices from here since it's close to my office. They are usually delivered via Postmates with discounts provided on the app. They are the treat of my day when I get thirsty in the afternoons for some sweet drinks.

Not accommodating at all. Somehow removed Fanfest smoothie discount and were not willing to help me out at all. Staff was not helpful in any way shape or form.

Stopped into this tropical smoothie Café and placed and I've order for my free birthday smoothie and it was all delicious everything we ordered from the green detox smoothie to the breakfast wrap and the mango Bree flatbread that's new! Mom really appreciated it as well. She was really surprised how good it was. Glad to see that they're offering combos for a bit of a discount and will definitely be back. If you take the after meal survey, you can get another smoothie for $1.99 with purchase of a sandwich for a limited time.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! The Indians working in this place have smoothie making all wrong! They tried to tell me based off their measurements my smoothie should taste fine. I'm the one tasting the dam smoothie and it's watered down. He had the nerve to say he has 8 years of experience; 8 years my ass! Return my dam money!
