First time back since they drastically changed their menu. Was really looking forward to the Spanish/Portugese specialties they used to always have (e.g., Paella, Octopus, Olives, Walnut Salad...), but these are all gone and the menu is now a more a continental cuisine with salads, fish and meat offerings. Food was ok, but very disappointed by the new menu offerings and there is really nothing special or different to make it stand out.

We miss all the great tapas, but our selections from the new menu were excellent. Service by N. was very attentive. We'll be back to try some of the other new offerings. Would suggested expanding the the list of entrees.

I looked at the menu before I made the reservation. I was surprised because it was totally different from the menu a year ago. Under the Cork Tree used to have lovely Spanish cuisine and tapas, beautifully curated and always delicious. Unfortunately, the new menu is just elevated pub food. Sigh.

Not only is the food great but very reasonable. The service is top notch and the atmosphere is energetic.

We had an incredible experience from start to finish! Our server, Taylor, was absolutely fantastic—super attentive, friendly, and made the best French 75s we've ever had (seriously, we're still thinking about them). The food was equally impressive. The steak frites were cooked to perfection, the fried calamari was crispy and flavorful, and the brussel sprouts? So good we were fighting over the last bite. Everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Can't wait to come back—this place is a gem, and Taylor made it even better!

Great meal with good friends. Diverse menu and exceptional service from Dre' who made a couple of fabulous recommendations.

Stopped there looking for a late brunch. The dining room was white table cloth immaculate and the staff was very attentive. The French Omelette was delicious and came out piping hot. I highly recommend!

Cork Tree is an elegant neighborhood jewel. Food was sooo good! Service was awesome! Will be back soon!

Very disappointed. Didn't know the menu had changed from Portuguese/Spanish tapas to a simple American restaurant. Felt like another Houston's on Roswell Road. It took an hour to get a cheeseburger and roasted chicken. Calamari was average (greasy). The service/waitress & food presentation was what I would expect from a $150 meal for two people....but the food was very 'par'. I was really disappointed to see the menu change and not really keep anything from the old. We won't be coming back.

A wonderful Mother's Day brunch... Love the white tablecloths, the fairly quiet room, and the food was delicious!

Very cool vibe in the restaurant. Our server was really nice but seemed overwhelmed. We tasted wine and ordered a bottle...but they didn't have any more. We ordered Makers Mark and after 15 minutes came back to tell us they were out. But when we were leaving there was a bottle on the shelf. When asked the waiter said his manager just went out and bought some. Salad was delicious but not many options. We had the sea bass which was yummy but had a big portion of dark meat, ugh. I've never seen that before. Worth trying

I miss the Mediterranean and more casual ambiance that Under the Cork Tree had before. The food was creative, bursting with flavor, and delicious! The staff was much more attentive before the change and provided top tier service, which made me excited to come back time and time again. I don't see myself returning after this past visit.

This was our first time. We had Easter brunch at the restaurant. The restaurant was excellent. Paul was a great server. The food was very good at a reasonable price. The restaurant is accessible with plenty of parking. The restaurant has nice indoor and outdoor seating with lots of light. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews but this restaurant warrants one. For 90% of it everything, the food ambience, service, warmth comfortable seating, location, was excellent. We had a Ceasar Salad, the romaine was fresh, crisp and delicious. Husband thougt the croutons were some of the best. I had a Shrimp cocktail which was just as delicious as Chops. And the Cocktail sauce could not have been better. Entree was the Steakburger which was delicious, medium rare just as requested.Portions were plentiful.Took some home. As for 2 improvements, the Caesar Salad dressing tasted like it was plain mayonnaise and the bun on the burger needs improvement. Oh, I forgot the bread; it was a cross between a sourdough and a ciabatta with a crispy crust and soft interior and could not have been better, especially with the herbed butter. Cannot wait to go back!!!
