The Sunday dinner special was amazing! Absolutely the best value, high-end meal that I've experienced in some time. And the excellent service made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Magnolia's Kitchen and Cocktails.
The crabcakes, calamari and smoked trout appetizers were delicious. I don't even care for trout, but loved it. The trout entrees and the chicken and dumplings were a hit. The only complaint was from the people who ordered the meatloaf. It was overcooked. The mashed potatoes melted in your mouth.
This was our first visit to Magnolia's Kitchen, and it will be one of our "go-to" places. Excellent service, amazing food, lovely room.
Everything was amazing!! Had the pork belly app & mahi sandwich with brussels, food was delicious and service was great!! Its a must try for sure!!

This was a great place for an anniversary dinner. The food, ambiance and staff were all amazing. The owner was also a delight. She loved chatting with us about our meal and the drinks we ordered, and asked if we had any criticisms. She said she would remember it for next time, and we firmly believe that she would.
The food was superb too, we ordered the blackened mahi and the duck, and a side of the Gouda grits.

Paul was fabulous!!!!! His service was top notch and his personality was very well received by our table of 5. The oohs and awes when our entrees came out may have disturbed other diners. We should not have been surprised as the deviled eggs and spinach dip were amazing appetizers. Trout, meatloaf, chicken and dumplings and shrimp and grits were ordered and devoured!!! Will definitely be back!
From the time I walked through the door, the service was impeccable. I was greeted and seated as I waited for my date who was extremely late. However, Terrell provided exceptional service filled with laughs and professional while I waited. Once my date arrived, Terrell provided excellent menu and drink recommendations. I was extremely satisfied as was my date who said this restaurant made him start liking grits. I opted for the French omelette which was perfect! The quality ingredients just melt in your mouth. We ended the meal with the donuts with the cream cheese frosting, *chefs kiss*.
I can’t wait to visit again.

Great for girls night! Food and service was great, and wasn't too crowded although we had a late reservation.
This is a wonderful restaurant if you want ambience, delicious food, great service. The parking is easy. And... you can actually hear everyone at the table when speaking in a normal voice. We've been twice in the last month and consistently exceeds our expectations.

We loved this new restaurant and plan to go back! There were 4 in our party and we all enjoyed the food, the surroundings, the lady that served us and we thought the prices were very affordable. Great location near 285 and off Roswell
Rd.

DINER BEWARE: 1. Inaccurate/Not descriptive Menu 2. Incredibly slow service 3. Poor Management Arrived just before 7pm reservation and seated. Told them we were there for birthday and made note on OpenTable reservation. Total of 7 tables (all couples except our 4 and table of 5). 1 waiter working all tables with bartender and manager (who spent her time on her phone on empty side of restaurant). Ordered bottle of wine and 1 nonalcoholic drink around 7pm did not get until 7:26pm. Ordered 2 starters, burrata salad and truffle fries. Upon ordering asked about several menu items-Including the chicken dumplings which we were told was their best. Ordered that, mushroom ravioli, shrimp grits, and 2 sides. Starters took another 20 minutes to arrive. Burrata “salad” was not a salad. The arugula was puréed. So it was green purée arugula, 4 figs (that were dried), burrata, little prosciutto honey drizzle w/pistachios. Fries were the best thing we ate all night. Entrees took over an hour. At this point we had been in restaurant an hour and a half. The dumpling arrived with a chicken thigh that was deep fried with the skin and 5 (yes we counted) gnocchi that were about 1” in length served w/ puréed veggies. Nowhere on menu did it include chicken thigh just said chicken. Person who ordered took one look after waiting over an hour and expecting something different and said she couldn't eat. Manager finally wandered over when she saw how upset we were. She apologized for the nondescript menu and insisted on bringing out another entree. Person who ordered said they were fine (especially as table mates were mostly done with meal). Manager insisted and diner ordered shrimp and grit that were ok. Got bill at after 9:30...never offered dessert or had bday recognized. When we got bill. They took untouched dumpling off and had charged full amount for shrimp and grits. She said multiple times she was good, but manager insisted she get something. We wont be back and will warn others.
Sadly, when the restaurant changed its business name, it also lost the exquisite charm it once had. It used to be one of my favorite places to have dinner with my husband, especially because it was so close to our home… but unfortunately, it’s no longer the same. The waitstaff has changed, and it seems there’s no longer a real chef—just cooks.
Although they claim the menu hasn’t changed, it clearly has—and for the worse. The waitress tried her best, but her lack of experience in customer service was evident. The food was awful and excessively greasy. The bread, which used to be served at the beginning—fresh and complimentary—had to be requested, and the waitress looked at us both surprised and annoyed. It finally arrived near the end of our meal, soaked in oil, and to our surprise, it was charged separately.
When I went to the restroom, it was dirty, with toilet paper all over the floor—clearly left in the same condition as after lunch service. To make matters worse, I overheard the cooks speaking in Spanish, saying, “Now what is she going to ask for—fajitas?” thinking I wouldn’t understand. Their comment was completely inappropriate, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
We were never offered dessert, and the overall atmosphere made us feel as if they wanted to get us out of there as quickly as possible.
It’s truly sad to see how such a wonderful restaurant has turned into this. I don’t recommend it at all. We prefer to hold on to the memory of what it once was—a truly special place.

Went for brunch for my wife birthday and had a great experience with service as well as great food. Spiced apple doughnuts were batting 1000% for appetizer and the cheeseburger was amazing. Gummybear martini 👍🏾. Chocolate cake for dessert was also good even better when complements for birthday reservation. Will for sure be back!!
The food was really good and the drink menu was expansive. There was a misunderstanding on the Sunday brunch menu regarding something we ordered - first we were told that they didn't offer the chopped salad during brunch but we pointed out it was on the menu. After they confirmed that we can order it, upon receiving it was a huge disappointment. It wasn't a chopped salad at all - just house field greens a few halved tomatoes and diced cucumbers. No green beans, asparagus, artichoke, peppers, olives or feta. Shrimp was delicious that I paid for. Asked for feta & got it. Disappointed overall. My friend enjoyed her shrimp & grits.
