The cashier forgot to give us the butter and crackers for our meal, and I had to wait behind someone for over 5 minutes to get them, while our food got cold. Also, it was ridiculously cold in the building. Which made our food get cold even faster.

This staff is the best particularly at night, and they deserve the best. Consistenly courteous, food is always fresh and they bleed good service… This store is a model of what all Wendy’s should strive to be.
Younger cashier at drive through and the older lady giving out the food were very rude and the fries were cold after spending $23 plus I wanted some hot fries and they got mad Because I wanted hot fries so we got half of what we got. Won't be back

They gave someone else my Uber order , saying someone else picked up for delivery . Except that it was a pickup order and they SAW me confirm in person . Then they tried to tell me someone else confirmed it , even though the time it was confirmed was the same time that I got here . Worse Wendy’s in the area, the manager with the struggle dreads is all around terrible. Will try to do anything except her job .. I’ve had to come here because it’s the closest but I’ll drive farther now . Always makes mistakes … I just saw them having to remake someone order 3 times because of mistakes . The store was empty and it was 2 people . Garbage people work here , you should go somewhere else for your food .

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager closed breakfast early, refused to take my order and then lied about closing breakfast early. Then for good measure she called me a liar. I don't expect stellar service from people so vastly underpaid. I do expect to be treated with respect. Lost this customer for life.
