I originally ordered the $8 JBC meal, with the hamburger build on both. The cashier kept saying $5 JBC meal and it wasn’t what I said. She asked me what sauce I wanted and I asked, what for? What I ordered didn’t come with nuggets. Because I quickly got annoyed with the cashier, as if what I wanted was so difficult to comprehend, I just went ahead and got the $5 deal, with the hamburger build. When I got it, the burger didn’t even have the hamburger build on it, nor did it have lettuce either. I was left confused as to what was so difficult about my order smh

Me and my friends attended this Wendy's recently. This Wendy's is soooo unorganized. I was waiting for 30 minutes then an additional 10 minutes for my friends to get theirs. The staff is rude to eachother. One lady was upset because her fries were cold. Im surprised i didnt get food poisoning by the way the kitchen looked...The floor was wet and dirty. This location desperately needs to work on time management and organization.

Where do I begin? My girlfriend went through the drive through for a mobile order.
1. The person who have here the drinks told my gf that the system doesn't show what drinks are purchased. Excuse me? So she told me when she got home that the person handling the drinks basically just picks random drinks good people. I ordered a Dave's cream soda and was given what I believe to be a diet root beer. My gf ordered an orange cream soda. She was given some sort of pink, strawberry drink. That's not orange or cream soda. So my gf asked for the drinks to be fixed but the person refused to do it.
2. I only received 3 nuggets instead of 4. I ordered bbq sauce but was given honey mustard. I wanted pickles, ketchup, and mustard. I ended up getting none of that but got mayo instead. The food was literally ice cold when we started eating and we live 2 minutes away. How can these employees not read?
What is so hard about getting the correct orders? I have worked in food service and never had a problem. Why couldn't the worker replace the drink that we payed for? Why would the worker refuse? My gf got fed up and left. After over a year of not going to Wendy's, we definitely won't be going back. This is ridiculous how we pay for stuff and don't get what we ordered.

The AI ordering sucks and keeps getting things wrong. Is this an excuse not to hire actual employees? Edit: AI still gets the order wrong, but a nice person stepped in to help. Quality of ingredients seems to be going downhill.

A computer takes your order at the drive-through. 🤯 It’s very confusing and terrible. You need to have real people working to take your order because now we’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes while the actual worker at the window tries to change our order because the computer did not take it correctly!!! 😤 A robot cannot give good customer service. This is a VERY bad company decision Wendy’s!!! 🤯🤦🏼‍♀️😩
