I had the pleasure of dining at Willy's Mexicana Grill recently, and I must say, it was an experience that turned my rough day around, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jack. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that immediately lifted my spirits. Jack's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with my order made me feel valued as a customer. Not only did Jack take the time to recommend some of the restaurant's specialties, but he also ensured that my meal was prepared to perfection. The food itself was delicious, with fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors that left me craving for more. Every business needs a stand up guy like Jack.

Always a pleasantly good experience. We haven't been to Willy's in a while. The manager of this place was energetic and friendly. We just moved close by and this will be a weekly visit. Bought one plate for myself and my daughter and it filled us up. Great value and the best fast food in Atlanta.

I was serviced by Luca. I wanted to take the time to leave a review. Luca was very patient and respectful while I was ordering. The store was clean and the food was good.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere
Terrible. Just go to Taco Bell. The way I spent $30 on leftover slop. The first guy I speak to couldn’t quite hear me. I really think it was because of the airpods or earbuds. Cool. I was going to let it slide. But then the serving size of chicken in what looked like a soup ladle.. was a certified strike. I’m assuming the queso was low because it was around 7:30 pm, but the dessert drizzle my man thought would be a solution… strike two! To finish up, I wanted fresh cilantro. The serving tray was empty so the server asked the cashier. The cashier just responds “we’re out” without checking or anything. Strike three! Honorable mention, the salsa area looked like a toddler had played in it. And either the drink machine or wash cloths smelled spoiled. Tragic Taco Tuesday

Justin, Jack and Cooper provided phenomenal service to my son and myself on what started as a pretty tough day. My fourth grader wasn’t able to start school on time today, but a late lunch today at our local Willy’s made our rough start a bit brighter with lots of smiles. They were thoughtful, kind, funny and attentive! We appreciate them!Kid-friendliness: Kind to my little!

Cole, Jack, and Cooper were simply amazing. Cole prepared my burrito with efficiency and delicacy. Jack was quite polite and cooper was quite funny.
