Came here on a date with my sweetie and the ambience is delightful. We arrived almost right at the time they opened, which was a good thing because they filled up FAST! I highly recommend getting a reservation.We had the sweetest server who was attentive. And then the food came out. Oh my! We started with the cabbage wraps - I think I could just sit and eat those!! And then the salad came out, which was fresh and tasty. Then we had the main entrees- their steak is truly amazing, well flavored and oh, so well seasoned. We could tell that they definitely cook everything from scratch. Honestly, the best Persian food I've ever had.
Barg kabob was ok but not authentic. Service was good, and the portion was fine.

Four of us decided to try Zafron after not having been there for several years. The service was excellent and the food was, too. Two of us had the lamb kebab and one had a lamb Curry dish. The mistake we all made was to split a salad and have an order of Kibeh (Sp!!). So we ended up taking the left overs home for lunch the next day. We'll return soon! It was wonderful.

Our table was ready on time, as promised. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and very pleasant. Everything all 4 of us ate was delicious, as usual. The ambience is pleasant and surprisingly quiet, given its size. Portions are overly generous; we always get 2 full meals out of each entree. We have ordered take-out from here in the past, with equally generous portions and good service. The restaurant is a bit on the pricey side, but when you factor in you get 2 meals' worth of food with each entree, it's well worth it.

I go to restaurants a lot. Went here for lunch. Poor experience. Ordered the Koobideh wrap and salad. Took 35 minutes to get the food! When the food arrived, it was cold. When I complained about it being cold, they told me that it was normal! They Koobideh itself was basically tasteless. I paid the full price and gave them a good tip and I walked out. Will not go back.

Zafron is the perfect Persian cuisine restaurant! It made the early Valentine's date worth the drive (we live a few towns away). A warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone. Get the garden room for a more secluded experience. The food was absolutely delicious, offering an authentic taste of Persian culinary traditions. The service was exemplary; attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure our evening was special, offering recommendations after some solid active listening...being our first time. I believe it was Zai that took care of us - she's special and anyone would be lucky to get paired with her! The restaurant's ambiance, with its elegant decor and soft lighting, added to the romantic setting, making our early Valentine's celebration even more memorable. We learned the owner has a background in bakery and makes the desserts himself, soooo good! I would highly recommend this Zafron to anyone looking for exceptional Persian cuisine, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes every occasion special. Whether for a romantic date, a family gathering, or a night out with friends, it's impressive.
