I forgot how good Zaxby's chicken is I didn't wait long for my food The dining room was very clean and so was the bathroom it was a great place to end a very long day ?

Ismael (or a name that’s spelled similarly) has horrendous customer service skills. I brought to his attention the fact I didn’t order 2 pieces of toast, and that there should be French fries with my order. Instead of being kind and reasonable, he decided to prove me wrong. He was rude and confrontational. Embarrassing for Zaxby’s considering I spent $20 on a single meal (!!). Won’t be returning to this location or Zaxby’s in general. What’s even funnier is I’m friends with the son of the Zaxby’s founder and he’ll get my feedback.

UPDATE/EDIT: Cheto reached out to me less than 24 hours after my experience. This is rare when it comes to fast food, much less a business in general. I commend him for reaching out and discussing/resolving the issue. He offered me a complimentary meal of my choosing, “on the house”. Thank you, Cheto, for your professionalism and consideration

Forgot to give me my credit card back at drive thru and my drink had a hole in the bottom that spilled all over my center console and phone. Not coming back. I'll drive further to a different Zaxby's

My fiance and I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Zaxby’s on Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs. Yesterday, we ordered a peach sweet tea, but when we got home, we realized they had given us the wrong drink. My fiance called Zaxby’s corporate this morning, and they assured him he could go back and get a replacement drink for free.
However, when we went back to the store, the manager was incredibly rude. He refused to give us the replacement drink because, according to him, they didn’t have his name written down, which isn’t our fault at all. We ended up arguing for about 10 minutes over store policy before he finally gave us the drink, but not before raising his voice at us and telling us he couldn’t ‘bend the rules for us again.’ It was over a $3 drink, and we had done the right thing by calling ahead. His attitude was completely uncalled for, and it left a really bad taste in my mouth. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially over something so minor. So called 'manager' acted childish and inexperienced in customer service. Won't be coming back here anymore.

Every time we come to this location it’s something. It’s unfortunate that this is the one close to home because it’s honestly getting frustrating to deal with inconsiderate employees. You can’t order anything at the drive through without being cut off every 2 seconds with “what else, what else, what else.” Like damn let me finish my sentence maybe? Girl at the window snatched my card and was stank. Today I spent $30 on two meals, my receipt says there is one Zax Sauce included for each meal, meaning I should have been given two sauces. I also paid for an extra sauce (spicy) and when I checked the bag (while being stared down) there was only one spicy sauce. I asked for the 2 Zax Sauces that should’ve been in my bag as stated on the receipt and the guy argued with me saying I have to pay extra. ITS ON MY RECEIPT AND NOT IN THE BAG… YOU forgot it. Ended up having to go inside and pay for two sauces that THEY FORGOT to give me. Get some new employees ASAP.

Always a good experience at this Zaxbys. I usually mobile order and my food is ready in less than 5 minutes. Employees are also very kind and quick. Drive thru moves quick, and theres more than plenty of parking.

While in the middle of moving residence I stopped in for dinner with my family & parked my u-haul & the pickup truck back towards the side of the restaurant to not take up too much space for other diners. As I approached the restaurant Lisa & 3 other employees were watching us from the drive through window & had the nerve to ask me if I was dumping in their dumpster & I said no. You clearly see a u-haul, instead of asking if i'm ok & how my move is going they profiled us & jumped to conclusions. While dining in, the Sandy Springs police were called & started inspecting the trucks. I stopped eating, went outside & talked to the police officer who was surprisingly very understanding & pleasant & informed me that he got a call about our u-haul truck & dumping. So Lisa & the restaurant had the nerve to waste my time by calling the police after I paid for our entire meal & we were dining. The officer told me that it would be ok & that I didn't have to worry. Things could have gone differently for us. Shame on Zaxby's Sandy Springs I do not appreciate being profiled & disrespected in that way!

There’s an older woman that was working through the drive through whose attitude was disgusting. I wasn’t able to get her name but she was older with a blonde ponytail. Train her on proper customer service she’s bad for business.

When I ask for double fries and opt for no coleslaw I expect to see more fries. The manager straight up lied to about the amount of fries being there. Manager told me the weight for fries is 8oz. I do HVAC and own a profesional scale. Because of the principal of things, I weighed the fries myself. I got 4.35oz. You can even visually see it in the tray. One of the compartments is completely empty. Almost as if they only took out my coleslaw and chose to NOT put in the extra fries that I asked and payed for. Not cool zaxbies… not cool.
