This is my favorite location. Always correct t on the order. Been getting the zensation wrap and they do the best when wrapping with lots of filling. I have to say the majority of the wraps I get falls apart with lower than avg filling..

The food here was amazing. Your employee Will Bykat did a great job in making me a satisfying customer. He is the reason why I will come to this exact same Zaby's every day. He deserves free meals for all the hard work and service he has done for your establishment. I hope Will serves me more whenever I come to this Zaxby's.

They decided to switch the sauces to cheap, watery sauces including the ketchup. Then give you just a couple of fries.

The restaurant is clean but the manager or whoever she was that assisted me with my order was extremely rude. She argued with me about giving me the cup for the large drink on my order. I had to show her on the receipt I had a large drink. Then she interrogated me about what drink I was getting. I picked make my own at store so I’m not sure what that was about? Then she tried to say I couldn’t get ice in the kids drink on my order? Also the fry box for the kids meal was basically empty. Overall a weird and hostile experience picking up my app order. I’ll definitely pick other restaurants in the future when I’m in the area.

THEY ARE STINGY WITH THEIR FRIES AND FOOD!!! I ordered a kids meal chkn tnders for my child. Not even enough to feed him. The meal
cost 7$. You would think they care bout their customers. But I’m thinking the managers don’t care. I’ve seen multiple photos showing they are SKIMPY on the food. Zaxbys isn’t known to do this. Management needs to be changed!!!!!

I am a frequent customer at the Sandy Springs location on Roswell Road. I was in the establishment last week and was very upset and caught off guard by an employee by the name of Mahak . She was being very rude and belittling to the other employees.I felt very uncomfortable making me leave the establishment without purchasing anything. I’m usually very pleased with my experiences at this location but not sure if I will return.

Wow! The drive-through service was fantastic! The best I have ever seen and experienced. I gave my order and before I got to the window it was ready. With a smile 😃 😊 thank you! Now, that's what I call fast food service 😋
