Won't be going here anymore more. They lost my order. I didn't bring my phone initially so I had to go home and get it. I returned a second time and showed my online order. Then after being there about 5 minutes, I got an email about an internal store error. They told me I had to pay for my order again because it was credited. My credit card did not show any credits, only a charge. The assistant manager was the only one trying to help. Meanwhile, the guy behind the counter was laughing and being disrespectful. I finally left with my order almost 90 minutes from when it was supposed to be ready.

I didn’t realize my card was locked before paying at the drive through. They handed me my food (1 salad and 1 drink) then told me my card was declining. I didn’t want to hold up the line so I said “I’ll come inside and call my bank.” The lady said “Give back the food.” Excuse me!??? If you trust me with the food before you’ve run my card, you should not tell me to GIVE IT BACK when I say I’m coming inside to resolve the issue. If you don’t trust the customers, DON’T HAND OUT THE FOOD UNTIL AFTER YOU’VE RUN THE PAYMENT. It was very disrespectful telling me to GIVE BACK my food & drink. If I wanted to steal it, wouldn’t I just drive off at that point???!!!! I unlocked my card, came inside the store and got my food but I will never eat at Zaxby’s again.

The food at Zaxby's is always excellent, today I ordered a Salad, without egg and without bacon, I am not very fond of salads, but I really loved this salad from Zaxby's, so much so that I have been eating it for three days now, I recommend it, it is a great balance for lunch, Thanks Zaxby's for being in my way!!

My first time to have Zaxby’s. I could feel the passion of Atlanta. The service was friendly and our server gave us a free cup of sweet tea. There was lots of interesting Georgia stuff hanging on the wall. The chicken finger tasted okey, but their Zaxby sauce tasted worse than Cane’s.Vegetarian options: Salads

The portions are getting smaller. The food is still great!! Love the fries! It's one of a kind. The bump in the parking lot is still scraping my muffler, though.
Servers and prep team was able to get the order ready and 100% accurate despite rain and high winds making it hard to hear

I would almost say the service and efficiency at this Zaxby's is better than Chick-Fil-A. Even if the line is 10 cars deep, I don't recall ever waiting longer than 5-10 minutes in line and the food is fresh every single time. Not a huge Zaxby's fan, but I find myself returning to this location for the convenience and service.
