Enjoyed it from start to finish! Service was excellent and my server recommended the Elk special, yes Elk! Came with mashed potatoes and asparagus and tasted so good. Looked like lamb chops but tasted like lean filet mignon. My guest had lobster gnocchi - everything was great. Highly recommend and will surely go back next time I'm jn Savannah. Also easy to park in the area which helps.
This place serves Traditional food. It is a warm, relaxing dining experience with soft piano music. No one rushes you and you can just sip your drink. It has a Homey feel. Biscuits are excellent! Blackened shrimp is savory. Food portions are very large. We enjoyed our evening.
My husband and I were celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary, and the hostess and our waiter made it very special for us. The ambiance and food were also excellent. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Savannah.
